Chapter: 00 Prologue: The Unseen Cataclysm

The year was 2027, In Solsticea Country's small City called Dawnbreak City, The Day was January 7 and the Time was 3:45 PM

It's interesting to think about a time when the world was on the brink of the unknown. Mysterious Dungeons were popping up all over the place,

And with them came various monsters, deadly creatures, demons, and creatures from myth.

like:

(Mist Hounds: These spectral creatures are composed of swirling mist and have a ghostly, ethereal appearance. They silently glide through dungeons, guided by an otherworldly instinct to hunt. Mist hounds are known for their uncanny ability to disappear and reappear at will, making them formidable ambush predators.),

(Goblins: These creatures are small and mischievous, lurking in the dark corners of dungeons. Goblins are known for their cunning and preference for ambushes.),

(Skeletal Warriors: Skeletal warriors are the reanimated remains of ancient soldiers. Armed with rusted weapons and driven by a ceaseless hunger for battle, they guard the depths of dungeons.),

(Giant Spiders: Giant spiders with venomous fangs weave intricate webs within dungeons, waiting to ensnare their prey. They are both feared and coveted for their silk.),

(Slimes: Gelatinous creatures that ooze through dungeon passages, slimes are voracious and acidic. They consume anything in their path and are challenging to defeat),

(Shadow Bats: Creatures of the night, shadow bats navigate the darkness of dungeons with ease. They are known for their agility and ability to swarm.),

Many more different kinds of monsters from all over the world came outside of the Dungeons.

( It was later all monsters were classified into Ranks/Grades starting from F-(Minus) Rank/Grade TO A+(plus) Rank/Grade, According to how terrifyingly strong and disastrous they are) 

It was like something out of a Fantasy Novel had come to life. These dungeons appeared in unexpected places, from the busiest city centers to the most remote wilderness areas. It's all so mysterious, and no one knows where they came from.

(The Dungeon portals, known as Rifts, materialized all over the world in a sudden, eerie manner, emitting an otherworldly glow that pulsed with sinister hues like violet, deep blue, green, and blood red. These haunting colors, along with the portals' undulating edges that seemed composed of living shadows, gave an unsettling impression that the boundaries of reality were being warped. Proximity to the Rifts created distortions in the environment, muffling sounds and generating strange whispers. These enigmatic conduits, ranging in size from small doorways to massive city-engulfing chasms, appeared unpredictably, in bustling city centers, remote wilderness, and everywhere in between, disrupting life as humanity knew it and introducing unprecedented mysteries and challenges.)

One family was hit particularly hard among those impacted by this cosmic upheaval. Cid and Claire, siblings who had already been through so much, faced a double tragedy when their parents, Ethan Noir and Flora Noir, who were highly respected hunters with unparalleled skills, vanished into one of these ominous dungeons during a routine expedition, leaving their young children orphaned and their world in chaos.2

The Dungeons were perilous, swallowing up anyone who dared to enter, with their true depths remaining a mystery. As a result of these supernatural phenomena, society was left struggling with the consequences. To counteract the threat of monsters that emerged from the dungeons, almost everyone was bestowed with unique Abilities and Skills.4

To prepare new hunters for the dangerous task of dungeon exploration, Hunter's Schools and Academies were established.

(These schools and Academies are prepared for the development of Hunters and their Skills and by the way the Skills and Abilities also rank from F-rank to A-rank)

As Cid's sister, Claire became his beacon of hope during their trying times. She devoted herself to ensuring that her brother wouldn't be haunted by the disappearance of their parents in the dungeon,

She joined the Hunter Association as an Analyst so she could find the clue to their parent's disappearance and the income from her job can also help her to take care of Cid and herself. 

Little did they know that their lives were relentlessly tied to the unfolding events. In the darkness of a Dungeon, Cid's fate would intertwine with an ancient power,

And the Cid's and Claire's journey would become a tale of resilience, courage, and enduring strength for their survival in this brutal world.

In the year 2038, A new legend was about to awaken,

Cid's story was about to unfold as he encountered the enigmatic Dungeon with Unknown rank, faced extreme trials,

And wonder in a world that had long given up on the return of his Parents. Little did Cid and Claire know that their lives were relentlessly tied to the unfolding events. The Siblings' journey would be a testament to resilience, courage, and enduring strength for  survival in this brutal world.
