<< I wish I could be reborn in an anime world>>

After making a wish from his heart, he jumps down as he knows even if he has few days of living life, it's useless. Soon, he crashes into the ground and the last thing, he hears is screaming of the surrounding people. He feels warm and cold at the same time, it's a mixture of both which is too complicated to describe. He is drowning in his blood. All the important memories of this life are reflected before his eyes. Soon, darkness overtakes him and he closes his eyes reluctantly.

After some time, he finds himself in a pure white room, where there are two chairs and one table. He looks right and left to see where he is. Soon he hears a voice from behind his back. He turns around and finds a person whose wearing a suit, but when he looks at his face, he cannot see it because it is blurred.

Franco: Who are you? Where am I?

Unknown Person: Well son, its nice meeting you.

Franco: Who are you? Where am I?

Unknown Person: Relax son, you know me by many names: - God, Almighty, Supreme Ruler. So nice meeting you son.

Franco: You are God.....

God: Yes, son

Franco: Are you kidding me?? Tell me the truth or I am going to beat you, I am a black belt in taekwondo. I will beat the shit out of you.

God: Well, I can tell you that I am speaking the truth, but I think you are telling a lie. I have never seen you do taekwondo. I think you have a black belt in bullshitting.

Franco after hearing things throws a punch at the God, but it passes through. He gets shocked but soon wakes up from his daze.

Franco: Okay, I believe you are God. You have called me here for what to get me another life with illness.

Franco says angrily.

God: Well son, I understand your anger. I know you greatly suffered during your life. That's why I will fulfil your wish.

Franco: What wish??

God: Of being, reborn in anime world son.

Franco: What scheme you are calculating to make my life hard again.

God: This is no scheme, son. If you do not believe me I can give you five wishes, son.

Franco: Are you kidding me??

God: No son but there are some conditions.

Franco: I knew it, you never take care of me, so how can you now give me so many wishes.

God: Well son, not everything goes your way. Do you see a bowl there on the table?

On the table, there was a bowl with many paper pieces folded in it.

Franco: What are those paper pieces?

God: Well, those are the names of the animes which you like. You will choose the anime in which you will be born.

Franco: Is this the condition?

God: Yes, but there are more conditions on other wishes, you will make. First make a pick and then I will let you know other conditions.

Franco: Okay!!

Franco is excited. He picks a piece and opens the folded paper and the name written in it is....

"Death Note"

God: Good pick, son. I want to know how you will live in that world. Now let me tell you about the other conditions. You can make wishes which does not involve system, too powerful skills. If you ask any too powerful skills, I will put tough restrictions on it.

Franco was depressed and when he heard God speaking to him, he soon got into critical thinking mode to counter the situation. After few minutes he makes up his mind.

Franco: 1) I want to be born into High School DxD and not into the Death Note.

God: OH!! Ok, I guess this counts as a good wish. Next wish...

Franco: 2) I want the power to travel across anime world.

God: Not possible!! That will make this-whole-choosing-world-randomly worthless.

Franco: I want this. I am not asking for too powerful skills. You said you can put restrictions on it, so put restrictions on this wish.

God: Ok, I will give you this wish but it will have limitations, you cannot travel to another world after you have travelled to other world for the next 5 days. Ok, please state your next wish.

Franco: 3) I want the power to control time. You can put restrictions on it, but please do not be harsh.

God: I will give you this wish, but you can only travel in the future or past for not more than half day in other anime world[A/N: Meaning, he could go to any time period but could only stay for not more than half day]. You can travel in past or present in your living world by 1 year [A/N: Meaning, he could go to any time period but could only stay for not more than 1 year].

Franco: That's a harsh restriction. Can you please increase the duration, please!!

God: I do not give anybody this broken ability. I made an exception for you. I will not increase the duration. I only give one or max two wishes to others. You do realize that I am no fool. The power to control time, you can freeze time. But be warned even if you freeze or increase the ratio of time, you will only be travel to past or present for half day in any other anime and by 1 year in your living world. Next wish.

Franco nods and understood that this was truly a broken cheat ability.

Franco: 4) I want my personal space and in that there should be all necessities for living. I want my members to not live on earth like devils, angels and fallen angels.

God: Ok, but the world will not increase or decrease. The space will be of the size of China. This space is very big. Usually, I would only very small space. I have made another exception. Now other abilities can't be powerful, if it is I will reject it completely. No exception from now.

Franco: I want the power or bloodline like Saiyan's.

God: Not possible! I have given you many powerful abilities already. You need to become strong through hard work. I cannot spoil you. Ask any other ability.

Franco: Can I ask for sharigan or rinnegan? I do not any ability which can be used as offense or defence

God: No!! I have given you powerful abilities. You can trade these abilities for an offense or defence.

Franco: No, I have a plan.

God: Ok, ask your fifth wish.

Franco: 5) I want instant comprehension or the ability to understand anything complicated.

God: Ok, but the limitation is you can only understand one thing in one day. Always remember there should be balance. I am sending you to real world where other characters also have limitations. Now get ready for your reincarnation. You will be born in the world as someone who is already existing. You will be in the period before the starting plot in Kuoh town.
