Chapter 70 :- Mysterious Acquaintance
Gorosuke staggered and felt a shooting pain in his chest. He grabbed his Jinbei and clenched it. He was constantly grasping for air. The strain exerted by the spiritual pressure had no effect on Gorosuke , when he was in prime. However as he aged , his body physically had a lot of complications post this transcendental state.
" Grandpa , are you okay ? " enquired Hiroshi
Hiroshi rushed at Gorosuke and grabbed him by his waist. Hiroshi laid Gorosuke on his laps and started to untie his Jinbei.
" Stay away you idiot ! " shouted Able
Able in the blink of an eye , grabbed Gorosuke from Hiroshi's lap and made him stand.
" MOVE ASIDE !!!" shouted Able.
Able grabbed one of his pouch tied to his waist. He took out a crystal , which was similar to the shape of a Stalagmite , tied to a rope which was as smooth and thin as a silk. He threw it into the pond in the centre of the room. Within seconds , he withdrew the crystal and stabbed Gorosuke's chest. Gorosuke grasped a huge amount of air and opened his eyes again.
" Are you ok ? " asked Kanako as she wiped her face...
" Yeah... I...I think so " replied Gorosuke coughing...
" What the fuck just happened there " said Hiroshi
" Your Grandpa is getting old now " said Gorosuke assuring Hiroshi
" Let me try something " whispered Mimiko
" What ? " grunted Able
" I said let me try something ! " shouted Mimiko
" Grandpa is weakened and I think I can fix him just let me try ok? " added Mimiko
" No... Nothing about y'all is ok , you should have never came here , you should have stayed in Village and you should have never joined the Academy " said Able
" Able...let her " whispered Gorosuke
" But Grandpa " said Able
" You trust me , and I trust her " said Gorosuke
" Ok " said Able
" Hold him still and open his Jinbei " said Mimiko
" NO THAT'S NOT HAPPENING " shouted Able
" Able , there's time and place for everything , sooner or later they'll know " said Gorosuke
" Fine just do as you please " said Able.
Even though he was reassured by Gorosuke , a slight concern was visible on his face. Able opened Gorosuke Jinbei and laid him on the ground flat. He stood up and proceeded to leave.
" Where you think you are going ? " asked Kanako blocking Able's way
" I am gonna count till 3 " said Able
" Oh wow so big of you too punch a girl " taunted Kanako
" Get out of my way or else " said Able as he sighed
" Justify your actions " said Kanako
Able was 6ft 4 inch , tall and musculary dense yet slender looking man , unlike Kanako who also was dense in muscles but was a mere 5ft 1 inch. Able smirked and got on his knees to mock Kanako height. Able tidied her dress as he smirked.
" 1....2..... " counted Able
Kanako stood still , knowing that absolutely no one could stop Able if he decided to go rogue , not because they couldn't but due to the fact that they were weak as compared to Able. She started sweating , standing still , her eyes locked into the yoni/Tengu mask seemingly trying to look through the mask , looking into his eyes.
" 3 " whispered Able
Able , to flex his physical prowess and honed skills , closed his eyes and charged a punch right at Kanako... A loud boom echoed through the cave , rippling the smooth water in the pond , fluctuating the candles and shaking the books kept inside the cabinet.
Able opened his eyes and was in utter disbelief , Kanako was still standing still. It appeared like someone blocked the punch.
In disbelief , Able inspected. Hiro was standing infront of Kanako , who acted as a well and absorbed the damage by intercepting the distance between Kanako and Able...
" Leave " said Hiro
" You little piece of SHITTTT!!? " shouted Able as he went for another attack
" He said Leave " said Kazuki , who grabbed Able hand from behind preventing further combat...
" You.... " grunted Able as he snatched his arms and proceeded to leave
" We are sorry , We are sorry , We are sorry " chanted Fuku as he flapped his wings and chased after Able
" He is a totally weird and mysterious guy " said Kazuki
" You guys got lucky " said Jetchi as he was shivering
" What do you mean " asked Kazuki
" He wasn't fighting at his full potential , he...he.. He just played with you " replied Jetchi
" How do you know " asked Hiroshi
" I can sense emotions , and read people personality like a book , i can feel it somehow.. Able san , was showing Sympathy and Mercy , with Anger and rage at the same time " replied Jetchi
" If he really wanted , he could have killed both of you together at the same time " he added
" Who is this Guy actually , and Grandpa , what's the matter with you " asked Hiro
" Maybe it's the time to tell you the secret "
