Robbie reached the top floor and walked in. Seeing that he was coming, the Federation Head allowed him to enter.

He once again realized the importance of Zack Lockwood's in Federation Head's mind.
Then he entered inside. He saw Federation Head Ben sitting behind the desk.
"Looks like he didn't disappoint any of us," Ben said with a smile.
Robbie replied,"He is good. But people going to participate in Redwood City's competition have the same capability as Zack."
"They too fight across ranks," He added.
Ben's eyes flickered. He is still optimistic about Zack.
"This kid is improving. He does not blindly rely on lightning power. Did you see how he was evading all those attacks without much movement technique?" Ben asked.
