After deciding to look at it later, I bought a Rejuvenating Potion from store and gave it to Chen Jia. She was exhausted after giving birth, so we decided to give her some space and moved out of the room with my master.

We talked back and forth for a little while, it was getting dark outside. Jia woke up after an hour, fed the baby, and fell asleep once again, exhausted.

Xiu is lucky, she has high tier spirit roots but I don't think every single child of mine will be that talented. I know that you're an Alcemist, I never had the time to learn in the past, but if it won't bother you, please teach me alchemy in the future."

She looked surprised, she knew that I only worked on spirit fields because it didn't hinder my cultivation, I didn't have talent, so it was my only option. Maybe she thought that I wouldn't learn anything and would focus on cultivation after I went down the mountain.

"I'm surprised, Meng. I'm pretty much unoccupied right now. I'm not planning to take in any disciples for a couple of years, so I'll just come down the mountain and teach you alchemy. How many spirit stones do you have? You should create an alchemy lab for us to work."

I guess the potion did its job properly.

"Baby, are you okay now? Let me hold you for a minute, alright. I couldn't hug and kiss you properly, you looked exhausted." Then I kissed her on the lips, looked her in the eyes, and hugged her tightly. "Thank you for giving birth to a beautiful child, just like you, for me."

She didn't say anything, hugged me tightly, and sobbed silently. Then she looked at me in the eyes and smiled. "I'm glad you're my husband, we're finally a family."

Xiu probably sensed her mother, she was looking around and started crying after a while. Jia laughed sweetly, picked her up, and went back in the room to feed her once again. This was going to last for a while, so she wanted to get used to it sooner rather than later.

Days, weeks, and months passed, and one year later, on the day we celebrated Xiu's birthday, Jia revealed another happy incident.

"Husband, I think I'm pregnant again."

Master was here too, she was shocked. She looked at me like I was a beast in human clothing.
