It been 3 months since I publish the books and the first check came in for the giver and it's really good with all the taxes, Abigails share I still receive a lot of money a total of $ 13, 939,150 or 13.9 million dollar. With that money I decided to buy a apartment since it was in New York the only place I think I would want to live in it's manhattan.

"John I need you to get me a realtor"

"I'll do it " said John

" good set the meeting in the usual place and time" I tell him

John set the meeting with the realtor after a while and I went back to meditating I feel like if I'm really close to breaking trough to the next realm and I'm very excited. Time went by fast and although I couldn't break trough I know I'm really close to breaking trough, but now I have to talk with the realtor.

I was seating down and then I saw John come with a women and man now I don't know who it's the realtor I'll find out when they get here

"Hi I'm Gael I want to but an apartment I need something with little noise, and private" I tell them

"Hi I'm Liam" says the man

"Hello I'm Isabella and I'm sure we can help you" saids the women

"You two work together?" I ask

"Yes" says Liam

" do you recommend any apartment"I ask them

" since you want little noise and privacy the best thing it's a penthouse" Isabella says

" that's good I also want a lot of space" I tell her

"I have a penthouse for sale it has great view, a lot of space and its beautiful with the walls painted a beige color, decorated with beautiful paintings and gold accent a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms the only thing it's that it's expensive" she tells me

"How much"I ask her

" 1.6 million dollars" she tells me that may not sound as expensive to me because I live in wealth plus in my other life a penthouse would cost much more but now that's really expensive

"I'll like to of see it" I tell her

After that we went to see the penthouse and it look great so I bough it and moved in their you might be asking why I didn't stay in the hotel but it Was too noisy so it was making it more difficult for me to meditate plus I don't want to stay in a hotel forever.

As time pass I've gather information trough magazines to find out who i should recruit and let me tell you it's highly inefficient I need the internet to be invented sooner. I told my attendant to try to convince the people to come to my apartment so I can convince them to come to work in the development and although some didn't want to come a lot did and around 26 people came to the meeting.

"You all might be asking why you're here and the reason it's that I need you to help improve the life of my people. They are still an age that long been gone and need to be brought into the present so one day they Can help make a future for themselves and those they care about and all I ask you to do it's to share the knowledge you posses" I tell them

" what people are you talking about" ask a women

" To answer that first you need to sign a Non- disclosure agreement but you should know that I'll pay you a lot of money, you're be allowed to bring your family a long if they don't distract you from your job plus you will do something that will greatly improve people's life" I tell them

"Its it legal " ask a man

"It is legal " I tell them

I want to tell them more to convince them but i can't since I don't know how they're react and i could use magic to convince them to work for us but they could still break the spell since the mind it's tricky plus I don't want to I don't belief in forcing your will on others if theirs another option

"Who wants to help me change the life of this people" I ask them

I know people want to make it sound like if they're sacrificing something to help others. Five people left leaving me with 21 that's good because I only need people that have the idea and the elf will act as the workers

"Now let sing the non-disclosure agreement" I tell them and a contract it's passed to each one of the people here and as they signed a magic array form in top of the paper as they signed some freak out most start to investigate the paper to see what it's causing it they are very curious.

" That's a magic array and before you say magic it's not real let me show you something that will convince them" as I said that I stop casting the illusion spell and to the people in the room I slowly turn to an elf with the classic ears, long golden hair that look like sun rays and beautiful amber eyes that are captivating. And my attendants do the same and start to be seen as elf's again.

"What are you- all of you look like elves but that's not possible" a man ask

"Yes we are elves and the people you are going to help are elf's and the non-disclosure agreement was witness by the will of magic and it prevent all of you from saying anything about the elven people or it's city and what you will be working on to anyone that doesn't already know about it plus you are allowed to speak with my permission and if any of you manage to break the agreement you will have to pay nature with your most valuable possession to most humans their life's but theirs no way for any of you to break this agreement" I tell them

Although I don't like forcing my will on others this is making sure my people are safe plus it won't hurt them as long as they keep their promise. A lot of the people here are really mortified some are nervous but not as scare those people must be strong

"Why do you need our help if you have magic" ask one of the calm women

"To be honest a lot Of elf's don't have mana and can't do magic and are like normal human so we want to improve their lifestyle and as well as the army to make sure that we can protect our empire and just for you to know when you signed the agreement you already said you will work for the empire" I tell them it's kinda wrong to force them like this but it's necessary

"Can we really bring our family" says a men

" yes you can bring your family but they also have to sign the agreement for now" I tell him

I can see that all of them were mad but the spell has another function I didn't tell them it's that it's slowly make the people happy to work in the project so it's not really just a non-disclosure agreement it's just it's main function.

I let them have 3 week to talk to their family and get them to sign the agreement as well as to get ready to move. I also got everything ready with Abigail and Joseph to keep investing the money from the books into company I also cast a spell on them to make sure they don't try to steal from me but I didn't tell them about my race. Also we already book flights ticket for Friday to Alaska

On Friday the people I recruited, my attendant, John and me went to the airport and boarded the airplane after that job drove us to the forest and the place we arrive to and then he went back to New York to work with Joseph and Abigail after that i took out my crown and the people and my attendant and me started to say

"Take us to the sacred land of the elven race. A holy land that serve nature and the world tree" as we say that a black hole appear and suck in those that say the chant and we appear in the empire.
