Three days later

Everyone was getting questioned at the school

"Rebecca Ring we have questions for you." A police officer says

a few mins later

"No I'm not the if I was w-why would I be crying right now and why would I-I have a b-b-bullet wound on my arm," Rebecca says crying but trying to hold back

"So ms Smith what did you do last night?" The police officer said

"I was reading while waiting for my boyfriend to come into my room since he wanted to talk with me." Erika answers in a calm voice

"You sure because Martin said he was talking with someone else during the time." The police officer said trying to manipulate her

"WHY THE HELL ARE YOU TRYING TO MESS WITH ME? I JUST SAID THAT I'M INNOCENT JUST BELIEVE THAT YOU STUPID BITCH!!" Erika yells

Mr. Martin.

Ms. Chang.

Ms. Watanabe

"What were you doing last night and who were you with as an alibi?" The police officer asked

"I was with my girlfriend Erika when Rebecca teleported into our room with a wound in her arm," Zachary says

"I was partying when a few teachers told us all to stop partying and leave the hallway immediately," Alison says

"I FREAKIN DRUNK!!!" Zoë says

After everyone was investigated the police officer talked to everyone

"Listen up everyone first I want you to stop calling me he I am a girl. Second Alison said there was a teacher who asked everyone to evacuate from the floor Ms. Garcia was that correct?" The police lady said

"Yeah, there was a teacher who told everyone to evacuate from the third floor," Zachary says

"Who was it?" The police officer asked

"So here is my theory on how there are possibly multiple universes inside the black hole." Professor Caleb says and walks into the room police officer

"Caleb Rodriguez please come with us we have a few questions for you." The police lady says and The professor kindly obliges

Professor follows the police lady to the teacher's lounge where they talked

"Okay Mr. Rodriguez-" The police officer says

"Please call me Caleb Darlin," Caleb says

"Okay, Mr. Caleb during the night of the murder we have some students who said you stopped the party." The police lady says

"Um- yeah that was cause I was told by a few teachers that the party should stop since it was turning into literal mayhem," Caleb says talking with his hands

"Other teachers were involved?" The police lady said

"Yep but sir-" Caleb was interrupted

"I'm a girl." The police lady says

"But ma'am the only way we chose who'd tell the kids to end the party was but Rock Paper Scissors and I lost," Caleb says

"Wait you played Rock Paper Scissors to pick who would tell the students to end the party." The police lady says

"Yep. Hunny these kids will attack anyone they see as weak. I'm 35 I've only been here for two years maybe since I'm the youngest they most likely understand me better than other teachers." Caleb says

"So that's the main reason why you thought you could make the kids leave. What did you do afterward?" The police lady

"I got a microphone and told them all to leave and they listened," Caleb says

"So you told them to leave and they just left?" The police officer asks not convinced

"That's right," Caleb says

"Okay, so that's all basically." The police officer says

"Yep, I told them to leave I left and went back to the teachers with my bragging right," Caleb says The officer sighs

Meanwhile,

The students were all called to the teacher's lounge

"I'm sorry to inform you all but we have nothing." The police lady says and Erika is just pissed off

"Jake and Catalina just died how can you have no suspects like come on do your job," Erika says

"Erika calm down," Zachary says and she listens

Professor Caleb notices this and looks at her in an odd way

Rebecca was the only one in the group who wasn't there because she was just traumatized

"Where is Ms. Ring?" The police officer asks

"She said she's not coming until y'all tell us who the murderer is or at least a suspect," Erika says

"Ms. Smith you are suspect number one because in total we have heard that Jake Paton was an ex of yours and Catalina Garcia was also an old friend. We also heard that Catalina had private info on you that we don't know for sure is accurate." The police officer says

"If I was the killer shouldn't I go after Rebecca first she is an enemy of mine and maybe yeah I knew that Catalina was gonna expose me but I had a plan to stop her, by usin my brain," Erika says

"What about Jake you two were together?" The police officer says

"Were as in past tense because we were in the past. Jake may have cheated on me with Rebecca but he I in fact have a boyfriend who is ten times better than Jake was." Erika says holding Zachary's hand

"You could've killed Jake for cheating on you and went after Catalina because she had info on you. But of course, you are only a suspect we need more info to arrest you." The police lady says and stopped at the doorway

"Don't leave until I tell you to." The police lady says

"Why don't we all introduce ourselves to get to know each other," Alison says

"Oh my gosh we're in a literal murder mystery case and you want us to get to know each other this isn't Daniel tiger's neighborhood," Erika says annoyed

"But what do you expect us to do we're all stuck here until she comes back."

They all sit down

"Hey, my name is Alison Chang I was invited to the party by Jake since we are really good friends," Alison says

"My name is Zoë Watanabe Alison is my girlfriend and she invited me to the party," Zoë says giving Alison loving eyes

"I'm Zachary but you can call me Zach for short this is my girlfriend Erika who obviously doesn't want to talk to anyone right now. I was invited to the party by Catalina." Zachary says and that gets Erika's attention

"Since when were you two friends," Erika says

"We've always been friends. What are you jealous?" Zachary asks

"Of course not it's just weird since you never talked about her and when I mention her you always wanted to change the subject so I thought you also hate her," Erika says

'She's making this harder and harder for me to tell the truth.' Zachary thinks

"Hey everyone I'm professor Caleb I'm a college science teacher who started two years ago I'm the one who stopped this party," Caleb says

"I thought you were gay?" Erika asks

"Erika!!" Zachary whispers to

"I'm bi, not gay," Caleb says and Erika smiles

"Cool," Erika says

"You have a pretty smile," Caleb says

"Thanks, dude," Erika says

Zachary puts his arm around Erika

Zachary growls a bit

"Are you jealous gross he's in his thirties?" Erika says

"I'm not jealous just… whatever," Zachary says

"Okay just tell me if you're not okay," Erika says

"Whatever," Zachary says and looks at Professor Caleb

Erika leans onto Zachary's shoulder

Zachary looked at Caleb with hatred while Caleb looked at Zachary as if he was a joke

Suddenly two people enter the room

Rebecca and Erika's twin brother Erick

"Hey wait a minute why are you in here? Erick is a nerd he doesn't party." Erika says and Erik looks at Erika with hatred

"Just so you know I was at the party," Erick says and dusts himself off

"Too bad whenever I prove a point it always makes my life a living hell." Erick continues

"You each have five minutes to talk amongst each other then we will leave." The police officer says shutting the door and locking them in

"Wait you were at the party? I for some reason don't believe that." Erika says

"I was at the party that girl stole my five shots. Hoping I would be able to get myself drunk for the first time." Erick says

"Hi I'm Zoë and yeah I'm not sorry for stealing your shots you had the best combination you should teach me your methods," Zoë says

Rebecca wiped her eyes

"THAT'S IT!!! I truly don't believe that any of us would kill Catalina and Jake. For some reason, a teacher is here and I know for a fact that he didn't kill them. I've waited three days and it's obvious that the police don't know what they're doing. So why don't we do this ourselves." Rebecca says

"Um I'm not a police officer and neither is anyone here we should leave things to the cops and hope for the best," Erika says

"I lost someone I really liked I'm not just gonna let her die with an unsolved case," Rebecca says

"To be honest I'm not really interested I mean I just wanted cake and to get drunk," Zoë says

"Well, I came to make sure Zoë don't go crazy," Alison says

"No one wants to join because we don't care," Erika says smiling at her

"I will actually join her but won't at the same time." Professor Caleb says

"What?" Erika asks

"Because first Rebecca is right the cops are getting nowhere, second by joining this group we will not only prove that we are reliable and trustworthy but we all agree the killer isn't one of us, third I have a job." Caleb says

"Well true we all don't have no point in killing them so the best we can do is just help and maybe show this evidence to the cops once we're done," Alison says

"Maybe we should check a few days from now if there's still nothing we will come back here and solve this mystery for Rebecca," Zachary says

"I agree," Alison says

"Same here," Zoë says

Erick nods and so does Professor Caleb

"Too bad I'm not getting involved in this murder mystery," Erika says

"As long as I know I'm not the murder I'm good," Erika says

"Erika not only do we see you as a prime suspect but so do the police prove to us that you are innocent," Alison says

Rebecca walks to Erika and grabs her hands

"Please Erika. I want us to end this rivalry for now and solve this case so at least we can avenge their death." Rebecca begs as she held Erika's hand with such softness

'Why the hell is she so close to me ever heard of personal space.' Erika thinks

Erika looks at Rebecca and rolled her eyes

"Fine whatever just stop bothering me. If they don't have anything in three days we will solve the mystery ourselves." Erika says

"That sounds good," Rebecca says and everyone agrees

"Three days of hoping I won't have to do this," Erika says to herself and Zachary heard

"Don't worry we will avenge them and it will be quick," Zachary says

"Our anniversary is just around the corner wouldn't want to do this during then," Erika says and scratches the back of his ear

And of course, Zachary loved this

Caleb for some reason still was staring at her as if he didn't know how to blink

"Well, Rebel since I heard you're single and lost your v card to that idiot why don't we get into it yuh," Erick says with a smirk

Rebecca slaps Erick

"Erika get your corny ass brother before he says anything else," Rebecca says

"No, he's your responsibility," Erika says

"So that means I can use you for my pleasuAHHH." Erick was kicked in the balls making him fall to the ground

"You're a creep and got your karma," Erika says shaking her head

Three days later

"Please tell me you have got something, anything at all," Erika begs the cops but they all shook their head

"Wait I have something what we know is that the masked killer's name is the slaughterer." A lady dressed in a suit says

Erika sighs and went to the teacher's lounge

"So are they onto something?" Rebecca asks

"All they said was that the killer was someone named the slaughterer," Erika says

"Let's go so we can start our murder mystery gang," Alison says

"Yep so lucky," Erika says sarcastically
