Chapter 1

Silence...

The only sound that elicited from the world around me. I never thought that this would be the end.

I scan the forest with my eyes, frantically searching for anyone who could help me, but as I look around, I catch a glimpse of my bloody abdomen, and remind myself that my fate has been sealed. I begin to wonder what happens to me once I am gone? Will anyone miss the sound of my voice? My soft, light features? All I wanted was one more chance to leave a legacy before the darkness consumed me.
