Finding The Autopsy!

Instead of leaving her car in the garage as she usually does whenever she returns home, Scarlett parked it behind the mansion. Both Avery and Cornelia were perplexed. "What's up with parking the car here?" Avery asked.

"Shh. You must speak softly. Mom must be unaware that I am at home." Scarlett said as she pushed open the gate leading to the house's backyard.

"What? Your mom didn't know you were coming home?"

"I told you, Avery. That Scarlett was up to something, and she didn't come home to rest."

After taking a deep breath, Scarlett grinned and turned to face Cornelia. "I'm happy your brain worked," She walked over to the window of her room, carefully setting the ladder in place.

Avery scoffed. Her arms were crossed across her chest. "I find this unbelievable. I thought you were sick or something, and I followed because of that."
