"Why building and why land?", Sunita asked.

After dinner, they went away and he also went to sleep after meditation as the energy was so low on earth that it did not help him. He got up early in the morning and he did all the routine things. While he was drinking his tea, Suman came. They greeted each other and talk about random subjects for a bit.

"Suman, I want you to renovate and remodel the building as well as register the company under your name. You will be the CEO of the company as of now. We should order the computers, furniture, best internet, etc. for the company too.", Alex ordered.

"But how could I do that all? I don't have any experience with this.", Suman panicked.

"Don't worry about it. Just hire contractors or engineers for the renovation and remodeling of the building. For other things, you can hire people too, you know.", Alex suggested.

"Ahh… the thing is I was going to ask you about hiring Anjali. Anjali and I studied together so…", Suman suggested.
