As tobi activates his second form called "Stage 2: Beast slayer" he and the shadow puppet were creating giant explosions around the forest and mountains around them while fighting. With the shadow puppet in which took a new form, it was difficult for tobi to continue fighting as they were flying around the sky and blasting giant attacks at each other which was so powerful to the point that it was creating thunder cloud and huge gusts of wind. As they kept on going with this fight, tobi was having an inner dialogue with himself saying "Darn, were did this power come from?! I was able to kill it a while ago, but it came back up taking a new form. This thing is giving me a very hard time, although I can still cook up something to beat it." The shadow puppet then shoots out a powerful beam at tobi, the beam was strong enough to destroy everything at its path just by flying. Tobi uses his sword to deflect the attack somewhere else as it causes an explosion and wipes out entire mountains. As tobi looks up, he sees a barrage of beams flying at him. Tobi starts to fly and dodge them as fast as he can, as the beams were landing, it was causing huge explosions. As tobi kept on dodging, he says to himself "Such explosive power! Well since we are creating fire works, I guess I'll do the same!", tobi then creates a magic circle with his sword and calls out "hallow death explosion". A giant skull made out of flames then appears as it blasts a huge amount of energy at the shadow puppet. This attack caused an even bigger explosion which destroyed the forest around them and a few mountains but as the huge explosion was occurring, the shadow puppet seems to be walking out of the explosion. Tobi was stunned as he adds more power energy making the blast of his more powerful. The shadow puppet then bursts out of tobi's powerful explosion as it makes an attempt to stab him with it claws. Tobi uses his sword to block the attack but by doing so, the clash was able to cause a huge shock wave sinking mountains. Tobi and this monster begin to fly at full speed and started shooting rapid fire attacks at each other and causing even more damage, tobi starts to release sword slashes at the monster, but the shadow puppet also began to shoot beams in the shape of spears to counter tobi's attacks. Tobi then appears above it and starts hitting it with powerful and explosive attacks. The shadow puppet was taking huge damages from tobi's attacks as it started to roar in pain. Tobi releases the finishing blow as he calls out "Final flash: Infinite destroyer" in which a powerful amount of lightning just blasts from his sword at rapid fire, completely disintegrating the monster and everything around him. As the smoke clears, tobi is standing in air, looking down on the shadow puppet as half of its body was nothing but ashes. Tobi starts to breath heavily as says to himself "At the end of the day, I win! That's right, I win!". A sharp claws then flies straight from the ground and stabs through tobi's chest. Tobi coughs out blood as he was confused and asked himself what was going on. The shadow puppet that tobi previously defeated then spawns behind tobi with its hand turning into a hammer, and slams tobi to the ground. Kazui and luck were able to catch up to tobi, but from a distance they see as tobi was blasted to the ground. Tobi tries to get up, but the shadow puppet starts shooting beams at tobi in rapid fire. Kazui yells out tobi's name seeing how he is getting beat and then creates a flaming arrow and launches it at the shadow puppet. The monster see's this attack and then just slaps the flaming arrow back at kazui. As his attack was being backfired at him, luck quickly kicks it away. Kazui was shocked as he couldn't react to the speed his flaming arrow was being backfired at him, luck then tells him "What's the matter?! Dont get carried away or else was are dead!". The shadow puppet kept on firing all sorts of attacks at tobi causing an explosion. As tobi was being hit by barrage of attacks with no way to dodge them, luck and kazui are stunned seeing how tobi Is being attacked and getting injured. Luck's eyes then begin to fill up in tears and yells at kazui saying "Kazui, what are we going to do?! We have to help tobi or he's going to die!". Kazui was just frozen in shock as he was seeing tobi being on the verge of death as attacks upon attacks kept hitting him with explosive power. Luck then yells at kazui with even more tears rushing out of her eyes saying "Tobi is going to die if we dont do something! We have to help him! He's our friend! Well, don't just stand there looking shocked! Say something. He needs our help. Tobi's going to die!" Kazui was in shock as he was seeing his friend being hit with gigantic attacks shot at him at rapid fire, kazui was breathing heavily as he was panicking in his mind saying "Move! I have to do something! Move you idiot! Move!". The shadow puppet seemed to be having fun as it charges up a huge attack and blasts it at tobi who seemed to be injured with burns and blood all over his body. As this attack was heading towards him, he asks himself "Is this were I die? No! I dont want to die! Not yet! I still haven't seen Kirihai yet! I need to see my sister again. I want to grow older and have fun with everyone. I dont want to die!." 6 years ago while tobi(8 years old)and Kirihai (14 years old) were in their bedrooms at home, Kirihai asked tobi "Hey tobi, what do you want to become when you grow up?". Tobi responds "What I want to become? Never thought of it, I'm not sure if I even know." Kirihai then tells him she has something to show him. They go to this tower which was filled with ancient books and scrolls, Kirihai brings out two scrolls and tells him "These scrolls contain sword techniques as well as forbidden techniques, just magine how much we could learn from these. ", they both open the scrolls and see all sorts of sword techniques and skills. Their eyes light up in excitement as Kirihai in excitement says that she has never seen such abilities before. Tobi then sees "Three most powerful but forbidden techniques. Sword demon, beast slayer and God eater. These techniques are forbidden techniques due to the immense and uncontrollable power it Grant's its user" tobi was in amusement seeing this. Kirihai then says that she has found her dream and her dream is to become the strongest sword woman in the world. Tobi then smiles and tells her that "If that's the case, then I'll work hard to become strong and stay by your side, big sis."
