As kazuki was flying in the sky at the speed of lightning, he remembers veronica telling him that everyone went to the lightning country for a tournament. Few hours ago, kazuki was in kojin's office with veronica. Veronica explains to him "Everyone is in the lightning country right now. Apparently it's a deal with the city and the lightning country. I don't really have time to explain but you get the gist". After the flashback, kazuki sighs as he says "Why must their always be fighting every time? I finally came back to the city to chill, now I'm hearing everyone is in another far away country fighting for some crazy reason". In the battle field were serena and sukuna were fighting against riouku in which the entire city they were fighting at was completely destroyed and turned to ash due to their fight, both serena and sukuna were on the floor completely drained out, tired and badly injured with burns and blood on their hands and head. Riouku was also badly injured with burns on her arm and leg but was still able to stand, she then smirks as she says "Honestly, you both are a pain. You really went all out on me and even injured me severely. Even the entire city we were fighting at is completely incinerated." she then walks up to serena and sukuna who were laying unconscious on the floor as she says "Well you girls are strong, I'll give you that. With the power you both were using, you could have killed me. I'm guessing plot armour is on my side today". Riouku then gathers some lightning on her hand and says "Well dont worry, I won't kill you. But I'll just have to injure you!". As she was about to land her attack on them, a purple lightning bolt falls straight from the sky and lands on her as riouku screams in pain. Serena wakes up and as the smoke clears, she see's kazuki standing right in front of them. Kazuki then looks at serena and sukuna as he says "I wasn't expecting for you two too be beaten so badly at all." He walks up to them as he creates a force field around them and tells them "This force field will heal both your injuries, so stay put" as he then walks away. Meanwhile deo and regto were fighting with an incredible amount of speed and power as they both were causing giant explosions on the mountains and wasteland. Deo was blasting powerful beams and regto was shooting incredible amount of lightning. As they both kept on with this destructive fight, deo transfers a huge amount of power to his leg as he kicks regto with such an enormous power. As regto was being hit by an insane amount of power, he maintains his balance and then blasts a huge amount of lightning bolts at deo, which wiped out some parts of the wasteland. At the point were deo was flying and dodging the lightning bolts that were shot at him, he was building up a crazy amount of energy within his robotic armour, an incredible amount of power that could power up an entire continent for about 10 years without fail. Regto then zooms of at an insane speed as he proceeds to throw powerful hits at deo, but deo was still able to block, dodge and counter with attack regto was hitting him with. The impact of every hit and punch that they were throwing at each other was so strong that it was creating shock wave that were shocking the wasteland. Deo begins to talk to himself saying "At this current level, we are moving as fast as light. With the amount of power we are using, both of us individually should be on B-rank.". Regto then yells in excitement saying "What's the matter deo, you cant fight anymore? But we were just starting to have fun!" as he packs up a powerful amount of lightning and punches him straight to the ground causing a huge explosion in the wasteland. As deo was still standing but with his robotic armour beginning to fall off, he smirked and says "Sorry regto, but with the amount of power I'm about to hit you with, I dont think you'll survive". As regto was about to land the finishing blow on deo, he yells out "Alright then, let's see you try and fail!". This gave deo more reason to actually use this technique he was about to launch, as deo grins and turn his arm into a blaster and says "I call this attack, blaze arm: Atomic chaos!" and blast a very powerful red beam at him. The beam hits regto and causes a huge explosion in the sky. The explosion was so big that it covered the surface of the earth, making people all over the world to see it. Even kojin and Najenda were surprised while watching it from the lightning lord office. Levi, tomoa and nazuna were in complete shock with their mouths opened wide, najenda then asks with a nervous smile on her face as she says "I hope it's not one of my soliders that attack is insenerating right now!". After the explosion in the sky clears off, deo's arm suffered major burns as he looks at it and says "I should have know my durability at the moment couldn't match that amount of power. That attack was 10 years of energy, it should be able to carry me to S-rank level. But my body isn't trained for that amount of power yet". Regto then lands on the ground with his body almost as good as incinerated as deo then says "I did this to someone once when I was 13, the guy was completely incinerated to ash, you are lucky I held back that attack. Because If it were an all out fight then you'll be dead." Meanwhile in the other side of the lightning country were son was flying at an insane speed with an incredible amount of fire powerful, he was dodging some giant needles made out of lightning as fast as he could l. The giant needles of lightning were so powerful that they were blowing up large buildings. As son kept this up, he asks himself "What the hell was my old man thinking making us fight people like this? If this is how strong one lightning solider is, then how strong are the rest?" While he got destracted by questioning himself, a girl appears above him while he was flying in the air and kicks son straight to the ground and kept on firing lightning needles at him, which caused an explosion that wiped out a huge amount of buildings. As son gets up with a few injuries, he looks up and see's a girl wearing gloves coated with lightning, a grey hoodie and goggles on her head accompanied with a skirt and boots. Son then gets a smirk on his face and says "Well what do you know? She's strong as hell. But, she isn't as strong nor as fast as my elder brother." Son smirks as he prepares an insane amount of fire power and he says "If saito were here to see me in this situation, he'd laugh at me. If I can't win against someone who isn't as strong as the person I'm training so hard to fight, then fuck it. I can forget about ever beating or becoming as strong as my brother. After all, we both promise each other that we'd become strong as hell. Didn't we, Big brother saito?"
