In another city In the lightning country, serena comes crashing down with an Incredible speed as she crashes into nearby buildings along with sukuna who crashed into her as they both fall onto a bunch of cars. After they both crashed to the ground with a few injuries and with blood on serena's head, they both tried to stand up and serena asks sukuna if she's doing all right. Sukuna gets up being injured really badly and says that she is fine, a girl with sharp yellow hair cloaked with lightning, also with her arms and legs covered in lightning and wearing a skirt along with a few gears, comes floating to the ground as she mocks them both saying "Awn, did I beat you guys a little too hard? Now now dont be offended, I was just having fun". As serena and sukuna get up, sukuna tells serena "This girl is on another level, did you see how she kicked us around just now?", serena then responds saying "No doubt, she's stronger than both of us combined". The girl then introduces herself as riouku and says "Well since this is a battle in which the winner takes all, I guess I can go all out with you. But dont worry, I wont kill you" she then launches herself with at serena and sukuna, with her legs cloaked with lightning . As she lands a punch at both of them, she sends them both flying into a couple of buildings with the impact of her punch being so strong that it destroyed a bunch of buildings around her. Luckily, serena and sukuna were able to block riouku's punch but both their arms were injured. Serena then gets annoyed as she charges up an incredible amount of electricity and says "I've had enough of this, let's go sukuna!", sukuna then began to charge up a powerful amount of plasma energy on her legs and arms. She says "Yeah, we've been kicked around a few times by this bitch. Its time to repay her" riouku then smiles as she responded to both of them "Wow, it looks like you both are serious now. Okay then I'm fired up, let me see how strong you are". Serena and sukuna then blasts off towards her with a speed as fast as light, riouku then charges towards them at a great speed as serena and sukuna's fist clashes with riouku's fist causing a massive wave off energy to completely destroy a massive number of buildings around them. Meanwhile in the wasteland in which deo was face to face with a guy who seemed to be wearing a yellow armour, the guy introduces himself as regto and says "I've heard alot about you, deo right? You seem pretty strong tho, especially with your ability to turn yourself into a robot, giving you insane power amplification", deo then responds saying "Looks like you've done your homework. Sorry but I came here to throw hands, not to talk. Although dont get me wrong, I'd like to chat with you. You seem like a nice guy". Regto then charges up a powerful amount of lightning as he then says "Out of all the lightning soliders, I'm number 3. I'm really confident in my strength so I wont hold back". Deo then smiles in confidence as he says "Number 3 strongest huh? Well, we aren't ranked by numbers in my city, so its hard to tell what number I am. but....". Deo then powers up a huge amount of green energy from his body as his lab coat turns into a robotic armour as he then says "But I'm confident in my abilities that I'm very strong, so let's see who is stronger between both of us". Meanwhile as serena and sukuna were fighting against riouku, in which they were moving at a speed over 10times the speed of light and destroying city blocks and large buildings just by clashing punches with each other. Serena begins to blast electric bullets at riouku at rapid fire, which were basically wiping out buildings due to the rapid attacks. Riouku then increases her speed as she continues to dodge them as fast as she could. But as she was doing so, sukuna appears behind her and then gives her a powerful punch making her flying straight into the air. As riouku was sent flying straight to the air, serena appeared above her, ready to punch her. But then riouku dodges it and kicks serena down to the ground. As serena hit the ground, she increased the electricity overflowing over her body as she then gathers an powerful amount of electricity on her hand and begins to blast powerful bolts of lightning in the air. Riouku seeing this attack began to fly as fast as she could while dodging serena's attacks, but then sukuna jumps into the air as she use the plasma she gathered to punch her, sending riouku flying straight to the ground which caused a huge explosion that took out buildings. As riouku flies back up in the air, she uses her arms cloaked with lightning to create giant dragon heads and blast them at serena and sukuna. As they both were seeing this attack coming, serena charges up a huge amount of electricity on her arms as she punches one of the dragon heads away which ended up wiping out a large number of buildings due to the electricity she blasted, while sukuna creates a sword out of plasma as she began to dodge and slice the dragons. Their fight was so destructive that the city around them had incinerated due to plasma energy from sukuna, powerful electric discharge from serena and riouku as well. Riouku then performed a few hand signs as a huge amount of lightning falls down from the sky and she begins to absorb them giving her more power. Serena then says to herself "We've managed to keep up with her but yet she still has this much power, i dont think we can win". Sukuna taps serena's shoulder as she says "Let's try something for a sec", she uses her plasma to amplify serena's electricity in which a large amount of electricity bursts out of serena's as it started to go out of control. Sukuna then tells serena "This is a risky move, but I've been thinking about it for a while now. What do you think would happen if i combined my plasma... with your electricity?!". Serena then smirks as she says "You know, even tho you have a stupid brain, you do have smart ideas" both of them then yell out "Let's do this and win". Serena's electricity combined with sukuna's plasma,was going out of control to the point it started to forms a giant tornado. Riouku after absorbing a huge amount of lightning then blast it at serena and sukuna's attack as serena and sukuna create a circle of energy in front of them, and yell out "Ultimate technique: Complete overdrive!" As riouku's lightning attacks clashes with serena and sukuna's attack, it ended up causing a huge explosion that completely wiped out the city they were battling at with a colourful explosion. The explosion was so intense that kojin and lady najenda saw the light of the explosion. Not just from the TV they were watching the fight from, but from the office as well.
