In the city while sughi was in his lab eating some snacks, he wonders too himself as he was staring at the ceiling "Wow, another war fair. If the elite squad of the city wins, then the lightning country will have to assist the city with its devices and technology. I see were you are going with this, kojin". Meanwhile in the lightning country while kinto and Hendrickson were fighting in which Hendrickson was blasting a huge amount of lightning at kinto, creating huge explosion in the forest around them, kinto was just moving at an incredible speed while dodging all the lightning attacks as he too was blasting red beams to counter the lightning attacks. The beams he was shooting were so strong that not only did they counter the lightning attacks, but also caused a bigger explosion that was wiping the entire forest into ash. As kinto kept running and dodging Hendrickson's lightning attacks with the help of the red mark mark on his hand stretched to his eye, he monologues to himself saying "This mark on my arm is called the explosive mark. Technically it's a mark that shoots out red beams of explosion and are very powerful.It increases my speed and strength making me as fast as light, just one explosion beam is enough to wrecked at least half of the city, that's one of the reasons i never really used it in fights much. But now.... I'll use it too my hearts content". Kinto then creates a giant red beam as he fires it at Hendrickson at a frightening speed, Hendrickson then smirks as he says "Do you think that an attack like that will be able to stop me?" his robotic arm turns into a blasters as it fires a huge amount of lightning. As soon as his lightning clashes with kinto's attack, it created a huge explosion that made a quake in the forest as well as whipping countless trees due to the power of the two attacks colliding. After the smoke clears, Hendrickson mocks kinto as he says "Is that the best you got? Honestly that attack was useless. That thing could only wipe out a few city blocks, maybe ten 30. But my lightning attack could wipe out an entire city at its leqst, that's why I'm on B-rank" kinto then appears behind him as he says "What if I told you I held back?" as kinto lands a solid punch on Hendrickson's face making him flying through countless tree's. As Hendrickson gets up after being punched through a line of tree's, he smiles as he says "Damn, I wasn't expecting this. You don't have energy at all, how can someone with no energy have so much power like this? While kinto was walking up too him, he explains as he says "Well you are right, I don't have energy or any special ability. But I'm smart enough to actually take down my opponents just by looking at them". Hendrickson then begins to laugh as he says "Dont screw with me, you are talking like you a protagonist or something. What? Do you think you are in a manga?" Kinto in his head then say "Technically we are, you all are just to daft to know that".Hendrickson then powers up a massive amount of lightning in his robotic arm as he says "Get ready kid, coz you are about to know what power is!". Meanwhile as runo and Jiro were fighting in which Jiro was just opening circle and blasting huge amounts of lightning at runo at an incredible speed without stopping, runo was running and was also able to dodge the lightning flying towards her. While she was dodging the bolts of lightning that were burning and causing huge explosions, she summons a railguns and shoots out a powerful amount of electricity at Jiro's lightning attacks, this caused a greater explosion that took out countless buildings. As jiro Kept firing lightning at runo while runo was dodging them and using her railgun to counter, jiro commends her saying "I'm surprised you can carry a railgun as heavy as it is while dodging my attacks. In fact I'd say you should hold them, I cant have you moving faster than you already are. Being able to dodge lightning means you must be extremely fast", runo responds "Oh well,you are right. These weapons are holding me back". Runo then drops her railgun as Jiro began to blast lightning out of her mouth, which seemed to be more powerful than her previous attacks. As Jiro's lightning attacks were heading for runo, runo smirks as she summons a katana and slices through the lightning as the lightning flies outside the city they were fighting at, and nuked an deserted island. Jiro was in shock as she says "What the? You sliced through my lightning. With just a sword, how is that possible?", runo then explains as she says "While I was still a C-ranker, I usually went on missions that my friends couldn't go too. It was one of the reasons why I didn't participate in the assassination exams back three years ago. The fact that I always went on missions and the fact that I'd kill anyone on sight was the reason i didn't participate." Runo then tells Jiro that "I dont actually like fighting much and I dont put much effort in it. But seeing that you dont tend to hold back, then I guess I have no other choice." Runo then dashes off so fast, that she was able to slice buildings just by running past them. Seeing that runo wanted to give her all, jiro had no choice but to keep her distance as she was firing lightning attacks. Meanwhile as Raquel was was walking in the abandoned city, she see's a girl with long yellow hair standing in front of her as the girl says "You must be from the city right? Well it's a pleasure to meet you. My name is mitsuri and I'll be facing you off". Raquel who was aware of the situation then takes a step back as she then responds to mitsuri as she says "Yeah it's nice to meet you too", Raquel then crystallized her arms making them sharper and harder as she thought too herself "This girl may have a friendly smile on her face, but even I can tell that she's incredibly deadly and her energy level is high. I have to keep my distance while throwing my attacks at her.". Mitsuri then asks "What's wrong? Are you okay?" she then gets a crazy smile on her face as she powers up a huge amount of lightning. She says "Are you shocked? or you are scared you'll loose. Either way I'm going to beat the day light out of you!". Raquel who wasn't scared nor fazed then says "I'll play your game with you but i have to warn you, I'm not going down easily", she then monologues to herself saying "Alex, look at me, okay?"
