Chapter 1

Deep in the forest amongst the calm night, inside a lovely den made by a mother wolf lay her pup. It would seem like any other night, the only difference being the mother missing in action. The father had been long gone before even the birth of young Alessia, meaning defending warrior. Named after her grandmother a past powerful alpha. Poor Alessia was now pacing by the opening of the den. She could only wonder when her mother would return. She was only 5 months old. Mother had said to stay, that she needed to go hunt. What that meant Alessia had no idea. She just wanted her mother to come back and play. She was growing a bit hungry and wanted her mother's milk.
