Adoption Spree 2 and War 1

As everything was done I immediately warped back to where I sensed Sebas was and to my surprise, he was having tea with the two siblings

Though the two siblings were sweating in nervousness with shaking hands as they held teacups in their hands

I can only chuckle at the scene which got their attention, and when the two siblings saw me they instantly bowed

Though I stopped them from bowing any deeper and just said, "I don't really like formalities, as long as you respect me and vice versa all is well, right?"

"Sebas, stop releasing your aura on the two", as I said that the siblings could finally breathe properly again and gave theirs panted thanks

"They kept staring at the Little Miss, so I got suspicious" Sebas said in a straight tone which made the siblings curse internally, 'What kind of baby is that cute!?'

Since they were having tea I decided to join in as well and relax with the new addition to the family, to which also got the stares from the siblings and could only feel proud of myself

Meanwhile...within the Dragon God Realm

Various kinds of dragons stood in a dominant manner in their Dragon forms while forming a wall, these dragons are the ones with lesser dragon bloodlines as they had various other bloodlines mixed in as well

The one at the center of the vanguard is one with higher purity, visibly shown by the quality of his scales that have a hint of azure blue color onto the dominant red scales, and his longer horns that shows the pride of Dragons as it is treated as a form of Crown in the Dragon Race

It could easily be said that he is from a Noble Clan, one without the arrogance of the younger generation as he knew War could easily change, and having an arrogant mentality will never help

"We Dragons will be once again TESTED!"

*ROAR!* the rest roared to answer

"We Dragons will show them why we STAND AT THE TOP TILL NOW!"

*ROAR!*

"We will show our PRIDE! DOMINANCE! AND POWER!" as he said that his cultivation base was released to the realm of a Mid-Level Divine Master

*ROAR!*

"BLOOD WILL SPILL! ....BUT OF THE ENEMIES!" the leader said out to which he only received thunderous cheers

"WAR WILL NEVER CHANGE! AS WE WILL ALWAYS TRIUMPH!" Finally ending his War Speech, and when it did countless profound arks started appearing in the distance

"PREPARE A VOLLEY OF DRAGON FIRE!" the Dragon Commander ordered the Dragons on the front to prepare and hold their breaths

Each second, the arks traveled closer

da-dump! Ringing hearts could be heard

As the Arks reached the halfway point of where they once were...an order was heard

"FIRE!" the commander roared out the order and the ones at the front grinned and reciprocated the actions

While the volley was traveling the cultivators from different star realms activated the shields expecting to withstand it

"FIRST AND SECOND LINE SWITCH AND IMMEDIATELY RELEASE ANOTHER VOLLEY" The Commander ordered, to ensure destruction, and like a machine, every command was carried out liquid-smooth

*BANG*

*CRACK!*

When the first volley hit it left numerous cracks on the barriers of numerous Profound Arks that were targetted, leaving the arrogant cultivators inside stunned, and without giving them to react a second hit was felt

*BA-SHATTER*

With only little resistance the second volley sealed the fates of many, from the initial start of their invading army to the present, in an instant nearly half of the profound arks were left destroyed

With numerous cultivators injured and gathering unconscious comrades to the still intact ships charging, with the ever so few fleeing from the War entirely

"THIRD LINE! SWITCH WITH THE FIRST AND TARGET THE CULTIVATORS FLYING TOWARDS THE PROFOUND ARKS!" The Commander ordered feeling good so far for how the war is flowing

'Cannon fodder or not a win is a win!' he thought, while sounds of dragon fire blasting away from the mouths of dragons were drowning the screams of the enemies

As the failed invasion continued, the bells of retreat were sounded within the side of cultivators, but it was rather late as half were already destroyed

"COMMANDER, LET US GIVE CHASE!" various dragons suggested, still feeling the flames of victory within them

The commander thought about it but could only reject the idea as he had a gut feeling that once they give chase, the ones chasing would instantly regret it

And he was right! As some of the fleeing profound arks are only filled with little cultivators to man the ark but were filled to the brim with poison and some weaker poisons that came from the "Absolute God Slaying Poison"

Instead, he decided on a different approach, "Blast from a distance and concentrate on the middle arks, as they tend to protect important ones there and get a few to look at the remains of the arks!"

The leaders of the other Star Realms were holding a meeting of what they just witnessed

Leaders from various King Realms that were heading the discussion were the Southern Sea God Realm, Brahma Monarch God Realm, and Star God Realm. While other High-Rank Star Realms joined too although had minimal say in anything

Qinye Fantian (BMGR): "The Dragons seem smarter than usual? They did not charge or even go near"

Nan Wansheng (SSGR): "Indeed, if they did they would have been afflicted by my poisons and spread it within their ranks to further eliminate their numbers"

Xing Juekong (SGR): "Then we have to force them into close contact, yes?"

The others agreed, while the High-Rank star realms only had a bad premonition as they did not want to be used as cannon fodder

The reason why only so few King Realms joined the War, in the end, is because the ones who are trying to Command it are the strongest of their regions trying to remain that way, while the rest stood neutral and others opposed to needless War

They continued their meeting in thinking of plans of how to engage in a slug fest

Dragon God Realm-

Various Dragons were celebrating by showing their enormous true Dragon forms and roaring from time to time, while the citizens down below were out in the street drinking to the great start of the war

While all of this was happening Long Bai and the Elders were plastered onto the walls of their meeting room, while nervously cursing at Long Bai for thinking he even owns Shen Xi

Long Yin just looked at the lizards plastered on the walls while he could only release a "Tsk" from clicking his tongue

'Right when they are pinned to their walls, they could only blame and not show their anger towards me?' thought Long Yin, as true dragons would face their foes head-on even in the face of death, and yet these Elders are seeking a way out!

"You children that have used the name of Dragons and stay cooped up in your palaces are left to this? All strength but no BACKBONE!" he roared, though not letting it escape within the room to not alert celebrating dragons

"You people only have the bloodline of dragons, but the essence? NONE!" with each roared out word making the people on the ground cough out blood

Shen Xi having scene enough told her dad to stop it, and the doting father happily did so!

"Hurry up with your business Father! We still need to heal Hong'Er!" Shen Xi suggested as she wanted to immediately go to her best friend but as she said that a crack appeared within the middle of the room

When the crack appeared a familiar face appeared with his signature eyes and hair, "Ohhh, you must be Shen Xi, nice to meet you! You are as beautiful as the novel describes!" he said

Long Yin seeing the person immediately bowed in respectfulness as the deeds of this being cannot be paid in a single lifetime

"Don't bow old man! Like I said I'm only 18 haha~" the youngster said nonchalantly not paying any mind to the Elders and Long Bai who were looking at him in doubtful gazes

Long Yin, remembering that his benefactor is only so young could only sigh...such Heaven defying powers for a kid is too much for him to comprehend

"Anyway, I'm only here to tell Shen Xi that I will be adopting your best friend Hong'Er, as I want her to experience a childhood with a family" the All-Father said, which shocked Shen Xi

She only heard how amazing this being is but didn't know about his personality, she being the pure-hearted person she is immediately nodded

'Letting my best friend get a family? Who wouldn't agree to such thing!?' thought Shen Xi

Then the All-Father began explaining the details of what the adoption is, and when she heard it she could only feel grateful that her best friend will get a new beginning, after explaining he immediately left

...of course...not without slapping a sigil at the two of them with explanations

Long Yin: "..."

Shen Xi: "He really is still young haha"

When their benefactor left, they left too but heading for a certain Star Realm

Xia Residence-

The two siblings could only wonder why their "Master" is putting his head inside a crack that leads who knows where

While on the other hand, Sebas is already proudly holding his two Little Misses, sleeping within his arms

When Indra retracted his head he immediately told Sebas to wait again as he would be going for another adoption spree

Sebas only nodded with his usual expressionless face but had sparkling eyes waiting in anticipation

Appearing on top of the Divine Phoenix Empire, I marveled at the view of all things, the season in this nation was incredibly warmer and the dominant colors for the buildings are red and gold!

The Empire seems to be at peace after the "snap" of mine, the only people left in the Royal Family were Feng Xue'er the always kind and benevolent, her father, and lastly the great grandfather

It seems Feng Xue'er is already close to breaking into the Divine Realms after the numerous death of her family members, which saddened her greatly which caused to awaken bits of her Phoenix Divine Soul

'Good for her then, I thought to myself, as long as the one wielding the power is kind all will be fine' I thought to myself

Returning to my objective, I followed the traces of the Primordial Profound Ark which from time to time stops above the Empire once every 300 years

As I followed its traces quickly, I arrived on the sea in between Profound Sky Continent and the Illusory Demon Realm, where I found the Ark slowly traveling towards the Demon Continent

The Primordial Ark itself is made up of weird materials that end up having a slight glow to the exterior of it, and when it's paired with its thousand-meter long size, it makes for an intimidating sight

Heading to the entrance that leads towards the interior portion of the ship, what awaited me was a continental-wide interior space, somewhere along the lines of the Profound Sky Continent but bigger

Spreading my senses over, I sensed numerous Tyrant-level profound beasts wandering around the place but my objective wasn't beasts but the Ancient Fortress, the control panel of the Ark

After one scan of energy, I immediately found it and flew over to the fortress within a matter of seconds. When I arrived I saw a massive moving fortress, with borders so wide that you can't see its borders at all

Entering the inside of the fortress, I immediately called out for the Guardian that takes care of Hong'Er, when the spirit appeared I gave him some of my energy so that he doesn't just dissipate out of nowhere

"Thank you!" the spirit bowed in appreciation as he was conserving as much energy to not fade into nothingness

Getting right into the topic, "I want to adopt Hong'Er", right when I said that silence overwhelmed the room

I began explaining my methods and the face of the Guardian Spirit as he heard of my method was comical, he only said, "I have no problems, you just have to do what you said and my job will finally come to an end"

Some Minutes Later...

A man could be seen walking out of the Primordial Profound Ark with another red-headed baby with stars on her hair, with a huge smile plastered on his face.

As he got out he immediately took ownership of the ark and just placed it inside his dimensional storage, with his laws over space, its easily done

Not wasting time he immediately warped to You'er as she had a completely identical signature so she was easy to find

As he appeared within the area around the supposed You'er, he was yet again amazed at the new things he is currently seeing in his travels.

Now he is currently surrounded by beds of Netherworld Udumbara Flower, which releases low glowing purple mist with the occasional wailing and satanic laughter breaking the view

INDRA'S POV

Protecting Hong'er with my a barrier which I made float, even if millions of true gods tried striking it won't even budge

Walking my way over to where I sensed You'er, I was greeted with a sleeping girl that was glowing white with no clothes

Creating a one-piece dress for her and when it wrapped around her she was stirred awake, confused about the events around her

I went near and kneeled down and hugged the girl as I felt pity for her, only sleeping in these millions of years

She returned the hug, and when she did I immediately asked her the same questions I did with the others, "Would you like to be my daughter?"

She didn't know what it meant to be a daughter but it felt tingly and warm for her, so she just nodded

I repeated the steps and...of course

I came bursting out of the ravine in smiles, the amazing thing was that when both little Hong'er and little You'er got close, they immediately hugged each other while still asleep

'I could die looking at this scene!'
