Page 54- _Unscathed But Cursed_

She surreptitiously slid out her phone, wary of the attention-obsessed students in her class.     'Rude Mouth," it read, displaying the green red answer or reject buttons of Kagami's saved contact.    'What does she want now!?," her soft voice faked an annoyed tone, cleverly hiding a small smirk behind her lips.

Rintarõ.... _Sorry, i've gotta take this!, see you in a bit_

Waving a hand towards Ai, she slithered past nobodies, too busy complimenting each other's boyfriends. Her feet hurriedly pounded downstairs, eagerly dying to answer a possibly wonderful call.

Rintarõ.... _Hello?_

Kagami.... _What took you so long!?, anyway, i don't have much time, but i'll call when you're free. When do you finish?_

Rintarõ.... _I'm not sure, maybe two hours from now. I kinda have a class meeting after our last lesson, so i thought it might take a while. At any rate, why'd you call?_

Kagami.... _I don't know what the heck you did when you came last time!, but things aren't looking good at all! Call me when you're finished_

The princess sounded scared, releasing a panicking yelp before hanging up. Her bad luck call put a damper on Rin's smile, concealing all the joy she held under a worried yet confused face.    'What did i do wrong?," questioning her conscience, she gently pushed unwilling legs back to class, now sadly piled in mysteries. 

Maybe telling Aigasaki would release some bottled up queries, she thought, marching before her friend. Fortune favors the bold, so perhaps she wasn't the bold type, following her next bad luck moment. Slouchy Mr Satoshi walked right in, large red history book clasped in his left hand, talk about bad timing huh? All at her disposal was time jam-packed with an hour worth lesson, one foreseen to be long meeting, and a possibly disappointing call by the end of her irking day.

Despite the negatives, she kept drilling through, and in a flash was headed for Sasaki's class.      'Phew!," after a week full of torment from students passionately offering requests, she could finally rest.   Aware of the festival in two weeks, afternoons were gonna get busy, but at least idea-free from persistent students.

      'Hey Hiro!, it's time to go. Remember you're our precious actuary, so you've gotta bring your A game to this meeting for reasonable estimations," her voice reached the back corner, vying with screams of truth or dare, all in wait for the final bell.

Takahiro.... _Ok, i'm coming!_

Hand in hand they left the annoying class, secretly escaping their lovers' deadly green eyes unscathed. Although a lot occupied most room in Rin's mind, a small portion could probably take in important details of some frugal meeting, at least that's the half-assed conviction she walked down the corridor with.
