"I want to meet you at the Pearl resturant after the office time. Come sharp." Raymond mailed it in Sonia's email.

This curt message made her surprised to the core. She gulped in tension. What he meant by that??!!!

She started to pack her handbag hurriedly. She did not want to offend him. There was no time to put some makeup or some expensive gown. So she just put on her twist shirt over her formal attire by lowering it to her own shoulders. It looked hot and sexy in a simple way.

She hurriedly got up and run towards the exit. She hired a taxi and got at the resturant within the desired time. She entered it and asked a waiter for her desired table. He ushered her to the table where Raymond was already present with his parents and another blonde girl.

She sat down beside his mother. His father introduced that girl as Alice McMillan. She looked down to Sonia with an arrogant snob and leaned on Raymond by hugging his hands from side - "How is this poor begger girl, honey??!!" Her voice was very sweet but her tongue was razor sharp too.

Sonia's brain refused to believe her eyes. Who was she??!!! She looked familiar to her.

Raymond cleared his throat aloud and by removing her hands he came to Sonia and sat down on the empty chair at her right. That girl lifted her eyebrow in irritation.

"This is my wife. I want you to meet her." He declared loudly.

His father and that girl looked very much in shock. She gulped a little before bursting in an angry scream - "What is the meaning of such joke, Roy honey??!! You are mine."

"Your and mine engagement was arranged by our fathers, not by us. And I never liked you and neither is one among your personal belongings." Raymond snapped back to her.

"You filthy bitch!!! How dare you to snatch my Ray honey from me??!!" She lifted her hands over her head to slap Sonia.

Sonia stared hard at Raymond. Raymond took Alice's hand and made her sit down by throwing her hand aside.

She started to sob immediately. "Uncle, look he hurt me for that bloody bitch!!!" By leaning over his father's shoulder.

"I never think you would marry one of your kept woman." His father snapped at him.

"I got a good training from my dad." Raymond snapped back.

Raymond's father got angry instantly and tried to slap his son.

His son in the meanwhile looked at him coldly by saying - "Don't create a scene here, Mr. Curtnis."

His father stompped his feet angrily out of the resturant, while Alice tried to spit on Sonia's face. Sonia ducked her head in proper time so she missed her.

She spat on the floor and shouted - "I will make you pay for this. I definitely will."

His Mother's Approval

"I don't agree with them. I like her a lot and will welcome her in our family." Raymond's mother told them.

Sonia looked at her gratefully. Her mother-in-law hugged her tightly and said in very happy voice - "Don't give any attention to them. You please take care of my grandchild inside you."

Sonia blushed hard. She did not exeprct her mother-in-law to know about her pregnancy.

"Thank you for your approval, Mom." Raymond told her cheerfully who kissed tenderly on both of their cheeks before leaving.
