Happy Ending

Cai Ling's abode is a large building, made of a strong and durable wood from an Iron Cedar Tree. It's toughness is unlike any other, even tougher than mortal grade metal. It releases a strong and sweet scent that invades one's nose.

It's strong and invigorating, much to Cai Ling's taste despite how quiet and gentle she appears.

The abode contains not too many rooms, it's sole purpose was only for cultivation. One room for cultivating, another for relaxing, and the main room to receive guests.

Heaven and Cai Ling enjoyed their intimate actions in the relaxing room.

In that room, aside from a bed, there is a single table with two chairs, all made of wood from the Iron Cedar Tree. Cai Ling hardly sits at that table to enjoy any drinks or other activities since it's lonesome to do so. Originally, she had bought that table and chair set to relax with her master, but it had never happened.

Now with Heaven's company, the silent beauty used the table more often with him.

Other than the bed, table and chairs, there is nothing else in the room. It's large size made one feel small, and it's empty interior made one feel awkward from the lack of anything.

Unsettling to be inside such a large and empty room.

The other rooms aren't too bad. The cultivation room contains a singular pillow for sitting, some incense for relaxing the mind, and some scriptures of Yin Desires. The main room where one receives guests is usually empty, with only a couple of pillows for one to sit on and a tea set on a table at the corner of the room.

All the rooms contained the bare minimum, and it's no wonder that Cai Ling is so quiet.

However, now everything is different.

Or at least the relaxing room is.

In the relaxing room, there are now a couple of musical instruments in the corner of the room such as a zither and a flute. Aside from that, there is a mannequin with thin lines and points across its body and other designs. Following those items, there is a set of equipment at another corner, items to make medicine and drug refinery equipment.

Some needles and other medical equipment were also readily available. Paper, brushes, ink, paint, many necessities are always available.

This was everything that Jae-Hwa had prepared for Heaven to keep her disciple entertained and happy.

Now, within the relaxing room, after training in both the Great Body Forging Technique and the Basic Strike Technique, Heaven was practicing his music skills.

He had learnt music back when he was still with his mother Akira, but he had never really practiced it. Now, after learning the music of Paradise, Heaven was now required to play it for Cai Ling.

The music seemed lacking, like much knowledge was removed. Advanced or higher grade music knowledge must have been removed for some purpose.

Making do with his current knowledge, Heaven made rapid progress in his music practice.

Through his comprehension, he knows the best way to train and is aware of every mistake he is making. Slowly fixing every error in his movements, Heaven made some steady progress.

If one had to explain how Heaven was making rapid progress despite his weak talent and poor control over his body, then it would have to be in the form of knowledge.

With that knowledge, despite having talent that is poor, it increases the efficiency of his training by many levels. For Heaven, talent is more of the speed of improvement compared to any other person. Others may be able to master things rapidly through their body, but understanding the art or even knowing how to properly train will simply slow down the process.

In the past, lack of control over his body didn't let Heaven use his talent. This nulled the benefits of having a powerful ability of comprehension. Now, with better control and some modicum of talent, Heaven could now use his comprehension to its fullest ability.

But he didn't hate his weak talent or even the slow rate he is improving. Heaven was seeing a whole other side which he hadn't seen in his past life. Solid and incredibly stable foundation!

Even if he is improving slowly, he had a feeling that at the same realm of mastery, Heaven believed that he would beat his past life version. His realm of mastery is incredibly deep despite being so little.

If a pound of mastery in his past life was a pile of feathers, then now it was a slab of metal. A heavy and deep mastery that is more solid and condensed than any other person's mastery.

Leaving room for more growth.

His Basic Strike Technique had now reached the Familiar realm of mastery, where each movement simply felt familiar and the movements were less choppy.

As his mastery increases, the difficulty grows because of the control his soul has over his body.

Mastery realms are separated into various levels of proficiency, the highest Heaven had ever reached is the Grandmaster realm in his past life.

The mastery realms of proficiency are as follows from lowest to highest; Practice - Beginner - Familiar - Fluent - Expert - Master - Grandmaster

Heaven knows that there is more after the grandmaster realm, but he only touched upon it briefly. Which is why he's so desperate to reach that realm and see if he can go even further beyond!

Aside from the Basic Strike Technique, his music mastery realm is at the Beginner realm. He had trained for a whole week for two hours every day to achieve that realm. Now, he was on the border of breaking into the Familiar realm.

The music played from the flute in his hands, it was a little loud, but it had an enjoyable rhythm to it. Although it still disturbed any nearby small animals such as rats and birds that wander into the spacious cave.

"What's that noise?"

"It sounds terrible!"

"It has a good rhythm, but…"

Many nearby women from Yin Desires were displeased by Heaven's poor music skills. They were used to hearing better from their own servants that had music skills in the fluent and expert realm.

After two hours of practice, Heaven placed down the flute and turned to the mannequin.

Every day, Heaven goes through a routine of training.

No matter what time he falls into his meditative sleep, Heaven wakes up before sunrise. Even Cai Ling leaves before sunrise, presumably to cultivate.

When that happens, he begins training in the Great Body Forging Technique, which takes only about twenty minutes. Following that training, is his practice of the Basic Strike Technique he trains for two hours.

Music for two hours, acupuncture and massaging for two hours, medical practices for two hours, and the other arts for two hours.

All for a total of 12 hours of nonstop training.

After those 12 hours, afternoon had barely come around the corner. If Cai Ling still didn't visit him, he would go for another round of practicing his skills. Although each one would only be for one hour compared to the two, for a total of six hours of training.

Everyday, Heaven followed this routine ever since he received the items from Jae-Hwa, which was a whole week ago.

In total, it has been five weeks since he had arrived in Paradise.

It has been quite productive.

The only skills he hasn't practiced are his botanist abilities. He has no land or vegetation to take care of to do so. The same went for his medicine making skills, without the vegetation, how will he create the ointments and medicinal drugs?

All of Heaven's skills had reached the Beginner realm, not just his music skills. The needles he used to poke at the dots and lines on the mannequin were a little slow, but they hardly missed the target.

The dots were the acupoints in the human body, and the other lines are the spirit veins within the body of a cultivator.

According to the book Heaven read, he won't be able to deal with helping someone with spirit vein problems since a mortal can't affect them. That's unless one reaches the Grandmaster realm in their skills or uses tools of grades higher than mortal.

Knock knock!

Stopping his hands, Heaven gathered the needles and placed them away into their little white box.

He turned his attention to the door and opened it, revealing the quiet beauty Cai Ling. Her eyes looked at him in the eyes and she stepped into the room wordlessly before sitting down at the only table in the room.

She removed her veil from her face, revealing her peerless and charming face. As she placed her veil to the side, Heaven's eyes lit up as he looked at her cold expression.

"You look happy! Did something happen?"

Smiling, Heaven grabbed a pot holding plain water and served Cai Ling in her cup.

Cai Ling's face is expressionless, but the corner of her lips being slightly raised is all he needed to know that she is happy. She picked up her cup and sipped a small portion before looking at Heaven with pleased eyes.

"Massage," she uttered.

A single word. If Heaven didn't hear her, she wouldn't even repeat herself and simply turn to leave.

Nodding his head, Heaven stood by the bed and gestures with his left hand. With a smile, he looked Cai Ling directly in her blood red eyes.

"Please disrobe and allow my hands to press upon your bare skin," he said with a smile.

Cai Ling stood up, her robe sliding off her body as if she had been waiting for him to say that all along. She left her veil and black fan on the table whilst her rob fell to the floor.

Revealing her nude body and her beautiful deadly pale skin. Each step she took with her beautiful bare feet was light and soundless. She pressed on the bed with one of her knees before slowly getting down to a crouch and finally laying down on the bed.

Her amazing body in full view.

Heaven's eyes lustfully burned her figure into his mind. Every nook and cranny of her body was stuffed into his head, memorizing the feel of her every inch of her body.

Although he sees her naked body every night, he never gets tired of it.

Moving forward, Heaven placed his warm hands on her cold body. She shivered at the touch and enjoyed every moment of his massage. His massaging skills are good, if he had a massaging technique, he would be able to let Cai Ling relax more or even give her more pleasure.

His hands moved over her body, pressing and kneading some points on her body. He made sure to focus entirely on her pleasure, not taking advantage to grope her body.

"Tell me when you want me to stop," Heaven said softly, not wanting his loud voice to disturb Cai Ling's state of enjoyment.

She enjoyed every part of the massage the moment Heaven touched her shoulders down to the bottom of her feet. Even her toes gave her some sense of enjoyment as Heaven massaged them by gently kneading them.

"Stop."

After half an hour, Cai Ling had Heaven stop his massage. Her voice contained a hint of satisfaction and Heaven could see that she enjoyed this round of massage much better than a week ago when he first began to practice his massage skills

Cai Ling got off the bed and Heaven helped her put on her robe. Sliding her arms into the robe and then moving the robe over her shoulders and hiding their charm. He helped her tie the sash around her waist before passing her the black metal face and placing the veil on her face.

With her clothes now on, Cai Ling walked to the door. Heaven followed her figure with a teasing smile on his face, his hands itchy.

"One of these days, I will give you a 'Happy Ending'," he said with a chuckle and earning a small glance from Cai Ling.
