“We have plenty of space here and humans don’t come out this way so late,” Scott reassured the small pack, eyes moving over to Theo and Lance.
“There aren’t a lot of cameras monitoring the roads around here, to begin with, and it seems like there might also be back roads to avoid the cameras. Technically no one is supposed to be here this late but no one ever comes out to check either,” Lance said when the pack had looked to him for confirmation.
“It’s nice and peaceful out here,” Theo responded with an eager grin. Scott had brought the pack out here with the intent to host Theo’s first shift, the boy could tell that he was bound to experience his first shift very soon, it was like he was a ticking time bomb.
Part of Scott wondered if he should have brought Adan along for Theo’s first shift, but then he thought of Miles and the Shadow Fang Pack. Scott didn’t want too many wolf shifters in one place just yet, not when they just claimed their own territory.
