Chapter 40: Track the Pack

The Vicious Furs were becoming an even bigger threat, at least in Scott’s eyes. The wolf shifter knew better than to trust the Shadow Fang Pack to hunt them down on their own, the pack could only do so much when the Vicious Furs were in town.

Lance’s face popped into Scott’s head as he busied himself with making breakfast, the smile tugging at his lips. Whether Scott was running with the Shadow Fang Pack or not, he knew that the Vicious Furs were going to be a threat not only to him but also to Lance.

“Miles is giving me a ride to school today,” Theo’s voice pulled the man from his own thoughts, and the boy sat himself down at the table. There was a part of Theo that wanted to ask about Lance, he could sense the mark from Scott and he was sure that his brother wouldn’t give him any details.
