Ryan sighed again as the entire situation was testing his patience poorly.

'First the Soul Eaters, then ants, and now this idiot, and I am nearing my limits.'

'Why could I not get a break once in a while? I could have bombarded them from a long distance, but no, my luck had to drag me and get involved with this place; I am now fighting ants and idiots; I hate my life.'

The 'Soul Eater' raised its head as its nature, nurtured and honed by years of experience, screamed at it for some hidden danger.

Its human-like face formed a frown, its lips parted, and a feminine voice came from it, "Sam, Sam, is my coffee ready?"

These dreadful creatures are known to wear their latest victim's face and mimic their voice while uttering a scant few phrases from when their victims were alive.

As they did others, an army of blazing red ants suddenly pounced on it.
