Chapter 131

"Are you here with someone, or you came for the competition?" he asks and i nod my head, practically not willing to say anything.

It seems it is only now that he takes in my appearance and suddenly his eyes open wide.

Okay this is strange, this is really strange, suddenly we are both standing here, looking at each other like we cannot believe what we are seeing, but seriously this guy's eyes, they are startling.

It is almost like the shine with a brilliance of their own, and if you didn't look close enough, if you didn't look close enough, you would think his eyes were totally white.

There is a whole range of vibrant silver in them though, a whole range of vibrancy which has a little black dot in the middle, that is the structure of his eyes.

It is startling and too surprising, surprising enough to make my breath catch in my throat as I look at him.

"Is there any reason why we are staring at each other?" I say and he practically shakes his head laughing.

"Sorry I was startled at your hair" he says.

"I was startled at your eyes" I reply back and awkward silence falls.

I very suddenly decide to end this because I don't have time to waste.

"Well that was a considerably good talk" I say and I begin to make my way away from him as fast as I can.

I glanced back a little bit to see that he was still staring at me as I walked off into the tent, and I'm guessing I must seem weird to him.

Exactly what would a female be looking for in the fighting tents of those who haven't participated, and as much as I want to talk to Adrian and as much as I want to warn him about that nasty little weapon, I also don't want to be mistaken as a fighter. I mean I will die if anyone mistook who I was and I thank God that I'm just so fancy today.

I doubt anyone who wants to fight will be wearing a white floral and the green lace dress, which is beautiful by the way. The little white flowers embroidered into the gown practically shimmer in the darkness of this place and I wonder exactly what sort of material is this.

I make out Adrian's form as quickly as he sees me, and in a few minutes, he is grabbing me by the hand gently out of the here and we are walking out of the tent.

"What did you think coming in there?"nhe says and I practically wheel at his little reaction to me.

"I was coming to you to tell you something" I say and he visibly calms down.

"You need to stop being so worried about me" he says and i smile at him.

"I don't think i can".

It is a pure and instant reply and he smiles like I just gave him a huge gift.
