I stared deeply into her eyes, enjoying the solitude that lies therein. She smiled sheepishly, still, it appeared weak. 

"She's beautiful," I said when I finally diverted my eyes from hers, looking down at our beautiful baby girl and she chuckled lightly, opening and closing her eyes slowly. 

"She has my nose," Alex said as he peeked at her in my arms.

This was like a dream come true and in a way, I cannot explain, everything felt surreal.

After reminiscing back on what happened in high school and how we used to be lovers back then before things went haywire and we got separated, the fact that we got reunited back as a contractual marriage party was an understatement if I said I understood. 

It felt like the whole high school situation was erased from our memories and now we were left with no remembrance of what actually happened.
