Back to Konoha and revelation
Everyone turned to the man who had entered the bar and they immediately tensed.It was the heroic monster.The one who had saved them but also traumatized them.They feared him and respected him but they seriously didn't know what he was doing here, there was also a little vicious gleam in his eyes that didn't help calm them.
"Seems like you're all quick to forget who saved you.I killed Yagura and pretty much won the war alone and yet you dare to attack my new disciple?"Said Nao with a fake angry tone.
They began to panic as the only man still conscious prayed to all the gods he knew so that he wouldn't get the same treatment as Yagura's soldiers.
"HAHAHA!You're lucky, since i'm in a good mood i won't kill you!"Said Nao who grabbed Kaia wrist and lead her to the front door.
She passed the door and exited the bar while he stayed inside.His eyes flashed red as his smile widened, he tilted his head so they could see his crazed smile.(Imagine the smile of Hakuba from One piece)They couldn't talk as they froze on their feets, unable to even move.
"You would better remember this and pass the words to the whole Elemental nations, the Devil of the Forest has a disciple and anyone who would dare to touch her will die a painful and slow death.Of course i hope you all understand that no one shall know that i was the one who destroyed Yagura and his army.BYE!"Said Nao, he then exited the bar too while they all collapsed to the ground.
"S-So w-we a-are going to K-K-KONOHA?"Said Kaia, squirming under Nao intense gaze.
"Yeah....Follow me and tell me if you need to stop for a break."Said Nao simply.They passed the gate of the village and started to run through the thick forest.It continued like that for a whole day, Kaia having a surprisingly good stamina.
They slept under a tree as they didn't have tents, and they then continued on towards Konoha.It took them 3 days to arrive and Kaia was utterly exhausted.Nao got her a hotel room and let her sleep for the entire day while he went to the Hokage's office.He was surprised to see Danzo and Jiraya in it, the two of them having a serious face.
"Nao it's good that you could come today, Jiraya discovered something extremely important."Said Hiruzen who seemed to have aged even more because of the stress."
Nao sat down and Hiruzen sighed.
"Firstly you need to know that i'm gonna give the Hokage's hat to Danzo sooner than we planned.My health is becoming even worse with all the stress i'm going through, plus it's the perfect occasion to overthrow the council, they won't be suspiscious if Danzo act roughly with them, however if it was me they will begin to question my sudden change."Said Hiruzen, Nao nodded and Danzo had a little grateful expression when Jiraya looked at him.Contrarily to what he thought it seemed that even Jiraya wanted him as the new Hokage, Tsunade was out of the question because they didn't knew if they could make her come back, while it was obvious that Jiraya needed to keep his spy network.
"Secondly we've received a good news.Kusa and Suna are having a major conflict because of the obvious desire of Suna to conquer Kusa.Ame also decided to join in and thus we think that Orochimaru will either have to attack us at another occasion or he will still attack us but differently.The best course of action for him would be to have the Ichibi Jinchuuriki attack the village directly while his troops take control of the stadium.Of course he will fight me and will send his elites against Jiraya.To counter his plans we'll deploy the Root in the forest to ambush his troops, Jiraya will fight Orochimaru's elites alongside Danzo and you'll help me fight Orochimaru.If it doesn't happen like we planned we'll still be able to block his troops which would slow the invasion and give us enough time to think of a strategy."Said Hiruzen, this time Nao frowned a little but nodded nonetheless.
"Thirdly, Jiraya made an important and.....Sad, discovery."Said Hiruzen as he let Jiraya continue.Jiraya got off his seat and took a scroll.He then opened it and put it on the table, both Danzo and Nao gasped when they saw it.Danzo didn't know yet what Jiraya had discovered since Hiruzen said he would tell him only when Nao would arrive, and to say he was shocked would be an understatement.
"W-WHAT IS THIS?!"Asked Danzo in an irritated tone.
"T-THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD!!"Shouted Nao while Jiraya calmed them both.
"Jiraya....Tell me everything about that."Said Danzo, a dangerous and wild light in his eyes.Jiraya gulped and nodded ,pointing at the scroll.
"As it is written in the report, the Uzumaki clan survived the attack from Kiri and Iwa.Uzushio remained intact throughout the years, protected by powerful seals that both hide it and kill anyone that approaches it."Said Jiraya which brought a frown on Nao face.
"What are we going to do with them?I think they still blame Konoha for what happened, it was obvious that the village should've helped them at this time."Said Nao, Hiruzen wanted to say something but decided against it.
Danzo smirked and laughed.The three turned to him, knowing that he just had an idea.
"HAHA!It's too laughable!If i remember Kushina was supposed to become the matriarch of the clan, which designate Uzumaki Naruto as the prince of the Uzumaki clan since Kushina died."Said Danzo as realization dawned on them.
"Y-YOU....."
"YOU WANT TO TAKE CONTROL OF UZU?!"
