The Mafia Boss

I grunted as I was thrown on the floor. I looked up at the man and noticed his face. It was Lukas...My eyes widened at the sight of him. He loses the door and looked at me with anger in his eyes. He hadn't forgotten, he followed me, he's seen our faces and knows about Paid Relationships. He can do serious damage to us...especially me and Rebecca.

"You thought I wouldn't recognize you in that ridiculous disguise. I followed you when I noticed you drive past my house. Now you're gonna really pay. Yeah. When my boys come...it's all over for you. I'm killing you. I'm killing Rebecca. I'm killing your boss and her agents. I'll strip you of everything." Lukas said.

"Leave them out of this-"

Lukas kicked my face and glared. "Shut up, bitch. Right now, you're my bitch. Now be a good girl and stay still. I've gotta some friends to call up." Lukas said and walked out of the room then closed the door.

I laid my head on the cold floor and closed my eyes. I was hoping someone would've come to save me. I didn't want to die especially in this ridiculous outfit I had on. All I could do was hope for the best.

Charlotte rushed to my location in her car. She zipped down the highway and honked her horn. The cars got out of her way and some honked their horns back at her. She gripped the steering wheel hard and her left eye twitched. She clenched her teeth and was ready to kill anyone and everyone.

Lukas's friends had made it to his house and he led them to the room I was laying in. Lukas opened the door and noticed I was still laying on the ground and smirked. He looked surprised hearing an explosion. There were some screams outside and I opened my eyes.

Charlotte dodged multiple bullets and swung her katana, cleanly slicing a man's hand off his body. Charlotte shoved her katana through his face. She sliced upwards and cut the man's head in half. She walked forward to the house and deflected a bullet back at another man's head. He groaned loudly before dying and falling on the ground.

"What the hell is happening out there?" Lukas asked.

"There's a woman outside killing your friends! They are trying to hold her back, but they can't handle her." His partner said.

Charlotte walked to the front door and kicked the door open. More of Lukas's friends rushed at her. She dodged each of their attacks then grabbed of the men's arm and got him on the ground. She jabbed her nails in his eyes and glared. "Don't...struggle." she said softly as she gouged his eyes out.

He yelled in pain and she stood up. The other men looked at her afraid. They didn't know what to do. They just watched Charlotte pull their friend's eyes out of his sockets. A woman rushed downstairs with a gun in hands. Charlotte loosened her tie and took her hat off. She dropped the eyeballs on the ground and exhaled.

"Have you all forgotten who the fuck I am?" Charlotte asked. "Where is he?"

"Like we would ever tell you bitch! Fuck outta here!" The woman yelled.

"Refusing to talk huh..? Big mistake." Charlotte said coldly then looked at the woman.

"What are you three standing there for?! Get her!" The woman yelled.

They looked at Charlotte and yelled then ran towards her. Charlotte dodged their attacks quickly then sheathed her katana. She walked to the woman and all the woman saw was her partners fall to the floor one by one. The woman glared and pulled the trigger, firing a bullet. Charlotte dodged the bullet and before the woman could pull the trigger again, she ran on the wall and propelled herself to the woman then punched the woman's face. The woman groaned then stumbled back.

Charlotte sweeped kicked the woman, causing her to fall on the ground. Charlotte pulled her back up then punched her stomach. The woman groaned then Charlotte began to pry her mouth open forcefully. The woman whimpered and tried to get Charlotte to stop, but Charlotte kept going until she eventually dislocated her jaw. The woman screamed, but Charlotte didn't stop there. She pulled out a grenade and pulled the pin then shoved it down her throat. She pushed the woman away then hurried upstairs. Charlotte took cover and the grenade exploded, killing the woman instantly.

Lukas held a gun to my head and covered my mouth. I grunted and tried to get out of his hold while I was tied up. Charlotte kicked opened the door to the room I was in. She saw me and noticed Lukas.

"Don't fucking take another step! I'll blow his brains out! Don't test me!" Lukas said. "Now I'm gonna walk past you and go to my car. Try anything stupid and you will regret it. I know what you're about. I can bring harm to him, Rebecca, and their entire fucking family!"

Charlotte looked at Lukas and her eyes were emotionless. "Drop him."

Lukas noticed how cold her voice was and felt the air getting colder. He gripped the gun tighter and glared at her. "I will really do it bitch! I will kill this fucker!"

"You have three seconds...One.." Charlotte started.

"Don't test me!" Lukas yelled.

"Two..." Charlotte walked forward.

Lukas grunted and the air began to get heavier. He began to panic like he's never panicked before. His once stoic attitude vanished in the presence of a cold blooded killer. At this moment she could care less about human life.

"Three." She said then continued to walk to Lukas.

Lukas pushed me to her and yelled. He dropped the gun and panted. Charlotte caught me and quickly cut the ropes around my hands and feet.

"Ryder. Wait outside for me." Charlotte said.

"Okay." I quickly nodded and hurried out of the house.

Charlotte walked to Lukas then he looked at her. She equipped her gauntlets then wrapped her hands around his neck and began to squeeze tightly. He grunted loudly and tried to get her to stop. "You knew my rules. You knew what I was all about. I kill those who messes with my agents. My beloved. I make sure those who dare to harm them, die...very slowly."

Lukas choked and gasped for air as she began to squeeze his neck with more force. He weakly punched her face and gasped for more hair.

"Why..? Did you think you were beyond the rules..? Did you think you weren't going to pay the price? You thought...very wrong, Lukas. Paid Relationships brings people happiness and those who disturb that happiness...die. You should know this...I let you live the first time and I knew I should've killed you. This time, I'm taking no prisoners." Charlotte said as she choked Lukas to death.

Lukas slowly went limp and his skin turned pale. Charlotte wasn't taking any chances even when seeing him slowly die. She gripped tighter and tighter, choking him harder until she heard a snap. She had broken Lukas's neck and she let him go. His limp body fell to the ground. She heard sirens outside and walked out of the room. She walked downstairs then grabbed her hat off the floor. She noticed the police outside and looked at them.

"Miss White. I didn't think it would be you who did all of this. What happened?" An officer asked.

"Just handling my business. Get someone to clean this mess up and get this home out of the neighborhood. That is an order." Charlotte said walking to her car then got in. She looked at me and noticed me sitting in the car, silently.

I took off the choker and hair extensions. "I should've been more careful..."

"It's not your fault, beloved. I would never blame you for these things. I didn't expect it either. I was never aware that he would've lived and go as far as to kidnap you. I'm sorry for putting you through this." Charlotte said then rubbed my hair.

"I had accepted my fate when I was in there. I was tied up and didn't know what to do. How did you scare him enough to do what you commanded him to do?" I asked.

"With this much power, you become feared across the country. Even the government fears my power and the president himself. My women and you are my precious. I will never let you all stay in danger. I will do all I can to keep you safe even if it means I have to sacrifice my life for it. You're special to me." Charlotte said then pulled me to her and kissed my cheek.

I closed my eyes and smiled a bit. "I know.."

Charlotte let me go then started her car and drove me back home. I looked out the window the whole time and closed my eyes. She looked at me then back at the road and rubbed my hair. I smiled as she rubbed my hair and my nerves fully calmed down.
