The Night

It's now night and I go to the bathroom and cry from some surprising news. I hear some knocks. "You ok in there?" Joshua Says. He then opens the door and walks in and sits with me. "What else happened?" He asks. "Josh, my parents are in jail..." I say. "Oh... I know how it feels... I live with my grandma cause she's my only relative alive... My sister committed suicide, hanging herself..." He says. "Oh, I'm sorry..." I say. "No it's fine..." He says as we both look at each other. "Jenna, you'll get though this... Ive been saving up money for a new apartment and maybe, if your willing to do it... You could come with me." He says. I smile and chuckle. "Sure..." I say.

He looks at me and puts his hand on my cheek. "Joshua..." I say. "Right... Sorry..." He says. We go to bed and he sleeps in the couch. I go to my bed and sleep. I end up getting a nightmare and I wake up from it. I walk over to the living room and I see him there. I walk over to him and sleep on the other side. "I knew you would come..." He whispers. He comes over and kisses me. "Jenna, I like you..." He says. I like him too but should I tell him now? There's too much going on, even a murder. I decide to kiss him back and go on top of him. He then takes off my shirt and then take it on the couch.

It's the morning and we overslept. I wake up and realize that. I shake him and wake him up as we get dressed.

We are now at school and it's a bit strange he's in different clothes as I am in the same. I go to Grace and Dawn and ask how their night was. "Nothing much... We just watched movies." She says. "What about you?" Grace says to me. "Uhm... We did nothing." I say. "Yep, your hiding something." Dawn says. "I'm not." I say quickly. "I know it cause you speak slow then fast when you talk and your hiding something. "No... I'm, not..." I say. "What is it?" Dawn says. "Oh my god did you two-" Grace says. "How did you know?!" I say. "Cause your wearing the same clothes." Dawn says. "Right-" I say. "Details?" I say. "It was Normal. Well, he tried to kiss me in the bathroom cause I was in there crying, then I got a nightmare, went over to him, he said he knew I would come and kissed me and yeah." I say. "Damn, that's dry." Grace says. The bell then rings and we walk to first period.
