A Kunoichi's Tale: Naruto Fanfiction

This is the tale of Kokoro Kanei, a Chunin of Konoha. This fanfic will follow a Kunoichi who is FROM the Naruto world. No reincarnation, no system, nothing. There will be missions, action, romance, and lemons. I have been browsing the Naruto fanfics, and while OP characters are fun, I wanted to write a story about someone who would have been a minor character in the anime. This starts a few years before Naruto becomes a Genin, so the main plot of the anime won't be touched on for a bit. Also, I will not always be following the plot, as shown with relationships between characters. Additional Tags: Action, Female Lead, Futa, Romance, R18

Chapter 152: Confirmation... Again

Of course, Kurenai and I spent more than just one night rolling around in the sheets, and sometimes we had both Anko and Cameia join in when both our daughters were asleep as well.

Our time at the Academy was always rather professional, but we didn't stick around long after the day was done before finding ourselves somewhere secluded or sneaking back home and enjoying ourselves on a more intimate note.

Because of that, I was never left feeling empty or unsatisfied, and Kurenai often reveled in the nights where Anko and/or Cameia needed their own release, finding herself just as stuffed as I was.

Keeping that up for two weeks, we went about our days as always before traveling to the Hospital at the end of the first month of the Academy - just like last year.

Speaking of, the students continued to improve under the harsh conditions I was pushing onto them, and the overall skill of the class skyrocketed compared to previous years.

Some of the students were slowly encroaching on the year ahead in terms of strength and technique, and the Sensei's above us were curious about doing an interclass spar, to see if that could motivate their own classes to try and improve further.

We agreed, but like most things we needed to schedule everything to work for both classes, and that event would occur in a few weeks.

For now, I continued to whip the students into shape, giving them tips and pointers for their own techniques as they improved in leaps and bounds.

I was proud of them all, and I was getting rather excited for when the true lessons of this years curriculum would come around; I needed to get them used to using Chakra, teach them the basics of Ninjutsu, continue to hone their Taijutsu, and begin to get them accustomed to utilizing the tools that every Shinobi would find themselves equipped with.

Kunai, Shuriken, Senbon needles, tags, rope, wire, and more would need to be understood and respected, since each could be used as a weapon on the battlefield.

On top of that, I was devising different ways to improve their reflexes and body control, and currently my best idea was an obstacle course.

I would need that to be approved by the Principle if I utilized real materials instead of temporary Earth Style techniques, which meant a detailed report and permissions request...

Anyways, that aside, each of the students displayed the grit and willpower required from an aspiring Shinobi, and I was slowly shifting my teaching style with each of them on an individual basis, learning what they all needed and trying to tailor the general lessons and give them something to focus on.

Pairing them up with someone else who was struggling in that same field or having them learn from someone who was rather good at that field was bearing fruits, as I was slowly getting them accustomed to working together to fill in for each others shortcomings.

Some students worked better with others - Sakura, Naruto, surprisingly both Ika and Aki, Kiba, Choji, and Tenten were all rather good socializers and capable of working with others.

Then there were the more independent or troublesome students - Shikamaru, Neji, Sasuke, Ami, Fuki...

Those five were stubbornly insistent on either being troublesome - mainly Shikamaru and Neji - while the others wished to learn on their own, away from the rest of the class.

Those not listed were in the middle, having their own bouts of desiring to learn from others or wishing to be left alone.

It was difficult, but rewarding as I saw everyone slowly grow closer together because of it.

Something that I wish my Sensei's had done to better facilitate camaraderie between us all before sending off to war.

That was why I wanted to better them now, when the peace I had once so desperately fought for now was feeling shaky...

I didn't want them to feel the same things I felt during that time, and if I could get them to work better together, maybe they would only receive serious wounds instead of dying...

That was all I could hope for.

Anyways, the Academy - and my hopes - aside, when Kurenai and I visited the Hospital once again for checkups, we were greeted by a surprised Ginko Hyuga as she looked us over, just like last year.

Unlike last year, when she gave us the results, I was the only one that was pregnant.

Ginko did say that if Kurenai came back in another week with me again, it could change, but right now it seemed like she wasn't expecting a child.

That walk home had been rather mixed, as Kurenai was obviously elated that we had succeeded, but she seemed rather confused on what to feel about her and Anko not conceiving once again.

When we returned home and gave everyone the news, Anko looked towards Kurenai with a raised brow, wanting to know what our wife wanted to do.

Sensing our gazes, she looked up from Akari and shrugged, a wry smile on her lips as she said "I'm not that saddened by that discovery. I said that if it happened, it happened. And obviously, it didn't happen. I'll go get checked in a week with Koko again, but I'm not depressed about the results. Are you, Anko?"

Tilting her head, the Snake Charmer stared at the table for a few seconds before glancing at both Akari and Riku, her brown eyes warm as she said "No, not really... I don't think I'd hate having another baby, but Akari and Riku already mean so much to me. Though, I certainly love that I don't need to worry about doubling our payments once again~!"

Her wide grin made us all chuckle, and I watched as Karin and Mikoto came into the room, carrying the plates for dinner.

Repeating the news to them, Karin rushed over to me and gushed over the face that I was pregnant once more, before turning her attention to Riku as she swore to the girl to make sure she always felt loved.

It was a warming dinner, and Kurenai went back onto the pregnancy seal as well, which both Anko and Cameia celebrated as the night grew heated in our bedroom.

Whew~
