The final confrontation (Part One)

Part One

The elders, Marcy, the squads pretty much everyone there at the time were arguing about the entire issue of Cameron having a watch that turns him into a variety of alien beings.

The teenagers were made sure to leave Cameron alone since they could clearly see that's what he wanted. Evlen and Spencer were both in their rooms resting from the night they had.

Two cars pulled up from outside. The two cars almost collided with one another when they arrived. Camerons mother got out the first car and a white male with brown hair got out the other.

"Cameron!" The two exclaimed.

Marcy, Bailey and the other young adults stood in front of Cameron while he played with the watch. 

"I want to see my son!" The two said in sync.

"You keep quiet!" Camerons mother shouted at the male. "I don't know why you even care about him! Because you only care for one of your kids and that's Katherine."

"Would you stop with that Celec, you know I care for both my kids."

"Don't talk your nonsense I care for both your kids even though one isn't even mine... If you really cared for Cameron why did you leave the day you found out he was being born Kayden?"

"You know I can't tell you why..."

"You were able to tell me all the other shady stuff about your family, but this one thing for some unknown reason you can't tell me."

"Oh my god how many times do I have to explain it to you, there are some stuff my family restricts me-"

A green flash shined and Crashspring appeared in the place of Cameron. Celec and Kayden were obviously shocked at this reveal.

"When the two of you stop arguing please call me." CrashSpring noted before leaping off.

Kayden turned over to grandpa, "Dad... What's going on?"

The elders entered the room with their heads down in disappointment. One of the elders turned to their fellow member with a head shake, but said member shaked back.

"We... may know who is the cause of this..."

[ FlashBack]

"How could he keep this from us?!" One of the elders exclaimed.

"Of course us! You can't keep such a big secret from your own family, this type of secret is something that should be shared with us elders."

"Yes... Why would they keep such a secret from us elders... We are the pinnacle of this whole family."

"This new blood will be the death of our entire royalty."

"We must do something!" The elder who was currently speaking exclaimed, "We're not feared anymore... We're not seen as the high and mighty anymore and why is that? Because we have no power anymore!"

"What are you getting at Xavier?" Grandpa looking a bit younger raised a question.

"Think about it... If we were feared she wouldn't have been killed! If we were feared then those bastard mixed breeds wouldn't be a thing!"

The elder circle went silent.

"I know you have all been thinking the exact same thing! Back in the day we were feared and we all loved it, back then yes we didn't need power, but things have changed... Things are different... We need power, we must get power then only then will we be seen-"

"-Xavier-"

"-stop right there Daniel... I know what you're gonna ask and that's how will we get power? The answer to that lies in Rachel the wife of Kayden."

"My daughter in law?"Grandpa whose name was revealed to be Daniel asked.

"It lies in Rachel... Remember that day a man came up to us and gave us a mission to gather up four masks that grant power to those who own all four...?"

"Yes we remember that mission, we declined it..."

"Not decline... Postponed it... And you remember why we did that?"

"Because the mission had nothing to do with stopping any kind of alien issue."

"Yes and we were wrong."

"I'm sorry Xaviee, are you trying to say that you did this mans mission without our permission." Grandpa figured

"You got to that fast, that's why you're the smartest here."

"Why woul-"

"-because they needed to know! That power he wants I decided to take it for ourselves and by doing that I learned new stuff, one of them being that Rachel's child might be the key to something huge."

The entire elder circle was shocked.

"This is exactly why I took the mission into our hands so we could gain power so nobody in our family ever crosses the boarder or gets crossed."

"Threaten our own family with power?... Have we really fallen that low?..."

"We haven't fallen at all! With these masks and them being powered up by whatever species Rachel is, we will be unstoppable!"

"No... We don't work like that! That's not the way of our family, we're cruel people, but we're not devils." Grandpa argued.

"...not devils... This entire family is run by sin... Everything in this family is a sin, how we run that's a sin, what we do that's a sin, how we treat people that's a sin... So what's stopping you from doing the same thing you've been doing for years and help this family reach its peak:, by sinning!"

"Xavier this conversation is over... You will decline this mission and leave your position as elder." Grandpa noted.

"You're dropping me because I wanted to help this family?!"

"Get him out."

[Reality]

CrashSpring broke into the room of Spencer through the roof. Spencer placed down his phone.

"You called me?" CrashSpring raised a question.

CrashSpring turned over to Evlen who was sleeping and besides her bed were some medication.

"You drugged her..."

"Because I didn't want her to hear this conversation." Spencer said. "I'm sorry for what I did... I'm sorry for being the reason Katherine is gone, it's just the entire thing with my father-"

"-im the reason Katherine is gone and I already understand the situation with your father and your feelings towards it, your sister made it very clear."

"I love her for that... But I'm not talking about that situation..."

"Then what are you talking about Spencer."

"The man that took Katherine... That's my father, he told me alone and then shortly after he granted me the mission of retrieving the mask you guys had, I think he has two now."

CrashSpring gripped his fist.

"He sent me a message... A message that I'm supposed to play for you specifically, I'll give you the baseline of it and that's he wants you and if you do bring yourself in with no fight, he will free Katherine..."

"Where is he?"

[[[Unspecified Location]]]

Xander paced up and down the room looking irritated. He looked at the clock and groaned.

"Seems as if your order hasn't arrived yet, I know how that feels." Katherine commented.

"You're annoying aren't you?" Xander raised a question, "I'm not waiting for any order or anything like that, I'm simply waiting for your brother."

"An old man having a crush on a young boy sounds weird, but I was known as the match maker in school, so I can hook you two up."

"Funny... I want your brother for that thing on his wrist, not because of him."

"You want the watch and myself. Dude you really need to make up your mind in what you want in this life."

"You're an irritating little girl aren't you Katherine?"

"Irritating?"

"I'm unable to utilise you, the person who gave me the information was a bit off, but that's okay, because your brother has a better power source."

[{ Meanwhile }]

Marcy entered Spencers room.

"Heya Spenc..." She waved.

"Oh hey Marcy..." Spencer said frowning.

"You're still upset about being mind controlled and everything am I right?"

"Yeah... I was so weak when I was being mind controlled, I couldn't even escape the control... I'm not strong at all."

"Spencer... You were mind controlled the chances of you breaking free were below water, I know this because I was also mind controlled once and I was older than you at the time."

Spencer sighed.

"Not all of us are able to break out of mind control, and because of that it doesn't necessarily mean we're weak, we're all strong, but in different ways."

"I could've killed somebody I loved Marcy."

"And that's something you're gonna have to live with it for the rest of your life... I know it's a harsh thing to say, but it's the reality you'll have to live with Spenc."

"Thanks for the pep talk-"

"-your sister has been sleeping for a long time now."

"Oh yeah, she must have been really drained from all the action that happened last night."

Marcy took note of the tablets in the trash and the cup of water on her counter. Spencer noticed.

"I'm feeling a bit better Marcy, you should head home or-"

"-that dent on the roof seems new, did you guys redecorate?"

"It just fit the vibe we were trying to reproduce so well."

"Very interesting, I don't think the elders are going to be happy with this new change of yours Spenc."

"Then we'll speak about it later."

The scene switches to Overpseed accelerating to the location.

[[ MeanWhile ]]

Cameron was lifted into the facility by some sort of elevator. He then found himself inside a room filled with experiments, and in the center was a large circular tube and inside was Katherine.

He quickly rushed up to her, but then was stopped by a blast of force that almost pushed him back.

"You've finally arrived Cameron Lenardo." Xavier said wearing some sort of combined fusion of the masks.

"Xavier let my sister go!" He exclaimed.

"Xavier?" Katherine repeated in her head.

"I know the family kicked you out, because of a stupid reason, but if this is your way of getting back to them, then trust me when I say you're wasting your time."

"Wasting my time? The family?"

Katherine got up, "We know the story of you Xavier... The family kicked you out because you couldn't complete a mission, and we all agree that's a stupid reason to kicks someone out, you don't deserve t-"

"-they lied to you about my story... They didn't kick me out because I failed a mission, they kicked me out because I was trying to help them."

"What?"

"The family is losing its charm, its point of strength, we're becoming irrelevant and that's because we don't have power so years back I suggested that we make a deal with a masked man since he offered to give our family power."

"You made the deal and they kicked you out."

"I helped them and they kicked me out."

"What does Katherine have to do with any of this? You had the opportunity to take me back then, but you chose Katherine first."

"Because of the power she has inside of her, the power that you have hidden inside you is incredible, and is one of the ways I plan to gain power for the family."

"Power?" Cameron repeated, "That eye thing of yours!"

"My mutant ability?"

"Now you're wrong, that is not a mutant ability at all, that has nothing to do with mutant. That right there is alien power, you're a hybrid of a human and an alien."

"Then that would mean your mother-"

"-is an alien."

"Now back to the topic, your watch boy."

"What? No never. I won't give you the watch."

"I just want the power it holds nothing else."

"I don't get this... How is this going to get you power?"

"This is a blueprint of the original masked mans idea of getting power, he was the one who informed me about Katherine being an alien and everything else I know about the masks."

"Who is this masked man?"

"Some leader of something called  'The Cult' but they don't matter right now since I'm technically betraying their ass. Now the watch."

"How about a no?"

"I kind of knew that you would say something like that." Xavier said before flicking his fingers.

The entire area started shaking and rumbling. Cameron took a step back to hold onto something in the case he loses balance.

The wall cracked and a white golem broke through. The golem that had the symbols of the mask they lost at the temple roared at Cameron.
