One stride at a time, Jason continued his journey toward the sea, only stopping to rest his legs and clear his mind every 100 kilometers (62 miles). As night cast its shadowy veil over the black-haired teenager, he found a tiny place under the cover of a yellow brown Elderwood Oak and pulled his jacket over his head like an umbrella.
"Man… So much rain on such a happy occasion," he whined to himself, sitting beneath the dazzling cover of autumn leaves. "With this much water pouring down, I could probably swim to Atlantis with my octojelly powers right now haha."
The hate reader closed his eyes and entered a deep meditative state. Using the relaxing pitter-patter of the rain and the continual howl of the wind, he centered his mind on his consciousness and pushed through the towering white gates to his Spiritual Realm.
