Chapter One: The Move in

A while back, Kori was walking one day and she had bumped into someone. When she looked up she saw a beautiful hand stretching out to help her up. She tried to take that hand and failed because the pulled their hand away from her. He was handsome, very handsome. The only flaw on him at that moment would be the scolding face he put on.

He had brown eyes with blonde hair. "Little girl? Be more careful and less careless." said the deep voice coming from the person in front of Kori. Later on the same day, Kori got home and she went to go greet her parents.

When she had entered the house all she saw was piles and piles of boxes. "MOM! DAD! What is going on right now?" Kori asked storming through the house. She had bust into her parents room and saw that they were sitting on their bed looking all depressed.

"I told you she was not going to want to move. This is her home, where she grew up at. She is angry with us and now we have to work for the people we call our friends just to support our family." Kori's mom said crying. Kori had walked towards her mom trying to comfort her.

"No, no, mom, I am not angry with you. I am just really shocked. Let's start moving into the new house, okay?" Kori said getting up. Kori's Dad had also got up. He walked towards Kori and put his arm around her shoulder. "She's right! This is the daughter we love and appreciate. Let's get these boxes moved in with the Viigess'." He said laughing.

Kori's mom got up and hugged Kori very tightly. Kori's thoughts just started to race through her mind as she smiled for her mom's appreciation and praise. "I wonder why mom was so upset. I understand that we are not doing well when it comes to economy but, it should not matter if I disagree with how we will have to live or who we will have to live with if it is going to help us grow."

The hug lasted for a few seconds before Kori's dad decided to spread his arms and join the hug. "Wahh had! This is such a touching moment!" he cried.

Kori and her mom looked at Kori's dad and giggled trying not to laugh. Kori's dad had began to pout. "Okay, Let's start moving these boxes. By the way, what is going to be our way of transportation?" Kori said asked picking up a box and started walking out of the room.

Kori's mom had ran-hopped towards the door. She waved her hand at the door waiting for Kori to come to her. Kori had started walking towards the door struggling to see over the box she had in her hands. When she was in front of the door, her mom had pointed to the nearest window. Kori had put the box down and looked out of the window and what she saw was not what she was expecting.

She saw an expensive looking moving truck outside of her house. Kori's jaw had dropped as her parents laughed in happiness. Her mom had walked away from Kori and to Kori's dad. Blocking out her parents loud laughing she saw something behind the truck. She saw person with blonde hair standing behind the truck.

The firs thing Kori thought of was the guy who called her a little girl. "Did he follow me home?" Kori thought to herself. She stared at the blonde hair for a few seconds before she found a pair of eyes that were landed directly on her. The boy and herself made eye contact.

When the boy made eye contact with Kori, Kori had rubbed her eyes and looked back out of the window. He was gone, Kori had began to think that it was just hallucination when she saw two more people come from behind the truck. "Mom, Dad, There are two people walking towards the house." Kori said pointing at the window. Kori's dad had immediately stopped laughing and ran towards the door.

"Welcome Mr. and Mrs. Viigress. We are just getting the boxes in the truck to move in with you." Kori's dad said opening the door.
