Chapter 32

Carina's POV

I felt it, for a split second, a brief whisper, light as a feather I felt it, she was here, I could feel her, I threw the covers off my bed and hurled myself at my closet grabbing the first items of clothing I could get my hands on, with a ribbon in my mouth I barrel out the door struggling to put my hair up

The dorm was quiet, just last night it was bustling with students all excited to see families the exhaustion finally hit them, I threw the doors to the dorm open and raced to the silver garden gates 

It looked beautiful, something from a fairytale, I walked the flower path peaking over every bush and shrub but she wasn't there, and the garden was empty 

It's fine, she's probably meeting a few of the lecturers, she's looking for something, I know she wanted to get the pass to come here so naturally she'll have to find what she's looking for first, she'll come to me after she's done, right? She won't leave without seeing me, right?
