A day of a small girl in forest

Trisha McFarland is a 12-year-old girl who is hiking in the woods with her father and brother. One day, they get separated in a storm and Trisha is lost. She is alone in the woods, with no food or water, and no way to call for help.

Trisha knows that she has to find her way back to civilization, but the woods are vast and unforgiving. She is constantly on the lookout for predators, both human and animal. She is also haunted by the fear of being found by the man who killed her mother.
