FLYING AWAY FROM THE BARS Love English Poem
She was a showpiece for her family,
showpiece locked in a showcase.
The restrictions of her family,
made the bars for her life.
Her flight was too long,
away from all those who created bars.
She started her new flight,
journey towards flying in the open sky.
She was a bird, a bird who
always wanted to fly away from the bars.
No one can ever keep her in bars,
as she was never meant for it.

Seeing the twinkling stars I wonder,
how do they shine so brightly?
Then something strikes in my mind,
and everything changes in a blink.
The star started to shine more brightly now,
I remembered an old saying,
That brightly shining star is your guiding light,
he is no one but your grand father.
I was young enough to believe anything,
that was told by people.
So yes! For me,
my twinkling star is my grand father.
