Hendrix woke up in his bed within his dorm, and Ackalons scroll form floated around him silently.

'Thank you, Ackalon, for comforting me.' Hendrix thought, grateful.

{You're welcome, Hendrix. I'll always be there to comfort you.} Text on the scroll would read.

'You and my beast egg are the only ones I trust.' Hendrix thought as he moved about in his bed.

{I understand, and I'll support any of your decisions.}

'To be honest, I don't care about what happens to humanity. I won't try to harm, but I won't save anyone unless the benefits outweigh the risk. However, if acting risks revealing my secrets, I won't help.' Hendrix thought as he had lost most of his sympathy.

{I understand why you think that way.}

Hendrix grabbed his wristlet and turned it on to see if he had anything similar to a bank account. He searched through the things database, eventually finding nothing remotely similar to one.

He'd look around his bedroom, which had brown walls and three dressers to his right with a lamp on one. Additionally, his blanket and pillow were green in color.

After looking around, he got out of bed and prepared for the day. After this, he pushed a chair to the door to leave his dorm. Once he finished that, he climbed on it and looked through the peephole, and no one was outside.

Afterward, he got down and pushed the chair back to the table. Subsequently, he slowly opened the door with difficulty and looked both ways, ensuring the coast was clear.

Once Hendrix confirmed it was, he sighed and carefully walked through the hallway. Not wanting to alert any of his roommates, he was leaving. Eventually, he reached the door to the common room.

He slowly opened it and walked into the common room. As he looked around, he saw a large flat-screen TV mounted on the back wall and a fireplace in the right corner, and four couches and rocking chairs.

Afterward, he left the common room and tried to open the door to go but had some issues.

"Hello, are you one of my new roommates?" A voice called out to Hendrix.

Hendrix internally sighed and turned around and saw a new girl behind him.

"Hi there." Hendrix answered civilly.

She had long red-colored twin tails and dark brown eyes. However, she looked at him with a neutral expression.

"Where are you headed?" She asked while tilting her head and crossing her arms under her chest.

"Somewhere, that's where I'm going." Hendrix answered vaguely, wanting to be around only Ackalon and feeling ancient and tired in his mind, not wanting to deal with others if he didn't need to.

"Well, I'm Allura. What's your name, little guy?" Allura asked as she approached Hendrix. She also smiled slightly.

"I'm Hendrix." He replied as he turned around and tried to open the door but struggled. He continued to try to reach it, but his hands slipped off the door.

"Would you like some help opening the door, Hendrix?" Allura asked, concerned, while stopping behind Hendrix.

"I appreciate your offer, but I decline." Hendrix responded, only wanting to rely on himself or Ackalon and not wanting to give any person a chance.

Allura sighed before arriving in front of Hendrix and, after a few seconds of watching him fail. She reached over and quickly opened it. Afterward, she stepped backward twice.

"Your lucky I'm treating you this way, Hendrix. You are the only one I have opened the door for." Allura stated before trying to pat Hendrix's head.

Hendrix noticed Allura's actions and backed away, and began to shiver in fear.

"Oh, dear." Allura stated, realizing Hendrix was afraid of her, before sighing and walking away.

Hendrix quickly left and closed the door behind himself. Afterward, he left the dorms and school grounds and began searching for a suitable branch to make a cane.

He also searched for an excellent rock to cut the wood. Afterward, he spent ten minutes searching before finding a suitable branch and rock in a park near the school. Thereafter, he began cutting off the bark on the branch.

Hendrix didn't cut himself with it, having had plenty of carving experience from his tribulation. After about twenty minutes, he finished his cane and lay exhausted.

Subsequently, he rested for about five minutes before he was no longer tired. Afterward, he tried using his new cane as he got up and began to use it to walk. Eventually, he got used to using his cane and was satisfied with his work.

Hendrix continued walking around the park and piling up many suitable branches and a better rock to cut with before carrying ten branches to his dorm.

"Hendrix, do you want any help?" Allura asked, seeing Hendrix arrive with the branches.

"No thanks, I can do this alone." Hendrix replied politely before scanning his wristband and entering his dorm room.

"But you seem like you need help, Hendrix." Allura stated before moving closer and holding out her hand.

"No need, but I thank you for the offer." Hendrix responded with a smile. However, his true hidden feelings were lifeless.

"Fine, it's not like I wanted to help you anyway." Allura responded in self-denial while pouting before turning around and entering the common room.

Hendrix made ten trips to get the branches. Afterward, he locked his door, showered, changed, and slept for an hour. And he spent twenty-four hours in Ackalons realm being comforted during the one hour on earth.

After waking up, he spent the rest of the day carving, resting, eating, drinking, cleaning up wood scraps, neatly stacking the finished canes for three hours, then going to sleep for one hour and repeating.

Meanwhile, Allura looked at Hendrix from a window in the common room. Her emotions were well hidden. However, she quickly left the window after watching him for an hour.

Hendrix followed this for two days straight and woke up at six in the morning two days later.
