Some miles away from the cave Shiryu was.

Five men clad in red armor currently had miserable appearance and were panting heavily with blood stains all over their bodies and were surrounded by numerous powerful jade eyed silver wolves,

These were the red knights King Sima Ryu sent to protect Shiryu in the dark, and they had been following slowly behind Shiryu since he left Akin lore city before they encountered a series of unfortunate events

Firstly, they got attacked by a swam of thousands of low rank 1 blood sucking ashura bees, these bees were terrifying poisonous creatures that feast on the blood of other living beings to grow stronger and survive, alone they weren't worth much but if they had enough number, they could prey on martial artists and beasts several realms above them.

Usually ashura bees rarely appeared around the outer parts of the great divide forest but unfortunately for Tianling Ryu and his men, they happen to encounter an early rank 3 dusk gold leopard desperately fleeing from a swam of ashura bees, while it was running the cunning leopard saw Tianling Ryu stealthily following Shiryu and immediately drew the ashura bees in their direction, having them delay the ashura bees while it escaped with its superior speed.

They got entangled in a frustrating battle and were stung by the ashura bees numerous times, until Tianling drew about 5 percent of his blood essence and unleashed his wide range fire attack, the attack bought them enough time to flee with their lives deeper into the great divide forest and completely loosing sight of Shiryu.

After taking lots of essence recovery heavenly pills, they grew anxious and retraced their steps back to where the last saw Shiryu, luckily for them, they found him miles away hidden on a tree and under their shocked gaze he slayed over a low rank 1 beasts like he was chopping vegetables,

'when did the crown prince become so fierce?' Tianling gasped in shock seeing this

But While they were awed by his strength they saw more jade eyed silver wolves attack shiryu and how he evaded them with rapid graceful movements, they quickly tried to help, but then a powerful intent gaze locked on them cold sweat drenched their backs and when they looked at the direction they saw lots of rank 2 and even some early rank 3 jade eyed silver wolves charging at them,

Tianling Ryu led his men in a battle formation and met the attack head on, they slaughtered many jade eyed silver wolves, but still weren't able to get to Shiryu.

Tianling Ryu began to panic as he felt that the jade eyed silver wolf that used its aura to pressure them was behind the pack of wolves, intently staring at them and commanding the whole thing, stopping was trying to block them from helping Shiryu.

"How did his royal Highness the crown prince provoke such a terrifying beast" Tianling Ryu couldn't help but think that this little prince was a magnet of trouble!

In the cave

Shiryu eyes were glued on the blood-red crystal The treasure monkey gave him, this was the blood essence core of a rank 4 or above demon beasts!
