At the dinner table, the atmosphere was serene as Riser and his family sat down to enjoy their meal. The clinking of cutlery and quiet conversations filled the air, creating a comfortable ambiance. However, the tranquility was disrupted when Riser's father broached a significant question, causing a sudden shift in the mood at the table.

"Following your divorce from the Gremory princess, who do you plan to marry?" inquired Riser's father.

"Sitri heiress has been on my mind lately." Riser answered 

"Are you intentionally seeking danger, young man? Also, she has the condition that her partner must be more intelligent than her. Do you think you could defeat her in a game of chess?" he inquired.

"I am fairly confident I could beat her, yes," Riser confidently stated.

When he uttered those words, his family members stared at him with a mixture of shock, confusion, and disbelief, as if he had suddenly transformed into an alien being right before their eyes.

"Why are you giving me those strange looks?"

"Nothing," they said. 

Riser let out a contented hum as he pushed his chair back from the table and beckoned his peerage to join him.

"May I inquire as to our destination, Riser-sama?" inquired Yubelluna.

"We are preparing to undergo training in order to improve our skills and ultimately return to participating in the rating games."

Once Riser excused himself and departed from the table with his peerage, Lady Phenex and Lord Phenex settled into an animated discussion, their voices carrying across the room.

Riser's father noticed that Riser was behaving strangely and asked, 'Riser, sure is acting strange, isn't he?'
