The Kremore Kingdom

It's been three days since the incident at the town square, and I'm currently in a human-made carriage on my way towards the Kremore Kingdom, the country closest to Mathora city. In the carriage are me and Seb, while an older human is driving the carriage. He is a pretty old man in his late 50's has short grey hair and a thick grey mustache.

He's a merchant that often travels between the kingdom and the elven cities and villages. When we officially exited my domain, I could feel it. I was connected to it and it felt uncomfortable. I have the power to turn this entire continent into my domain, but that would be declaring war in everyone, and as my people, the elves, I prefer peace and I'm not much of a ruler. I created the high elves for that.

We traveled for almost a month before we reached the capital city of the kingdom and we had stopped at a few villages and towns on the way here. The capital city was big, it had a strong-looking wall made out of what looked like a mix of stone and metal. The capital was located beside a big mountain and this kingdom had stood here for thousands of years so I can only assume the mountain has a high source of ore, which has been mined for a few thousand years.

When we arrived, we did not get the same welcome as in the elven cities and I did to expect it either, most people had heard of the descendant of the elven god and were curious. I heard from the old man who rode the carriage that the people of Kremore love the elves and some even worship me as well.

Apparently the elves and the kingdom have had a friendly relationship for longer than the current kingdom has existed. The kingdoms before were also friendly, but it often changed the name when egotistical kings decided the entire kingdom needed to be named after them. I heard from Asea, the eternal elf that around three thousand years ago, the prince at that time was in love with a high elf that had visited, and in his quest to conquer her he made too many mistakes.

The prince was determined that the king, his father, held him back from his love and plotted to kill his father and take the throne. He believed that if he was the king, the high elf would eventually fall for him and his power. He was only 17 years old when he killed his father and usurped the throne, this obviously did not sit right with many people and a rebellion started.

In is his quest to conquer his elven love, he "took care" of the elves in the city to show his love how much he cared for them, but what he really did, was holding them hostage in hopes to force the high elf to marry him. He was delusional and did not see it this way. The elves stood up to help their people and in return, helped the rebellion. This is seen as a historical event that is taught in every school and the day the king was killed, by the very elf he claimed he loved, is a day of celebrations.

That elf is still alive, but she felt guilty for causing so many deaths and brining harm to her people that she got exiled. Well, more like she exiled herself, no one blamed her but herself. I searched for her and managed to feel her presence to the north, close to the Demi-human's lands. She is married to a demi-human and has three children. I could not be happier that she found happiness after all that. I will make sure to pay her a visit some time.

After the rebellion, the second child of the murdered king was given the throne, but she was but a child at that time. She was 8 years old when her big brother, who she looked up to, killed their father, and she was 10 when she was given the throne. Due to her age, everyone knew she was unfit to rule, but the citizens requested that the old kings' bloodline sit on the throne. The elves stepped in and helped the girl both her education and combat. She was almost as agile as an elf and had the mind of a great queen.

In fact, she is still referred to as 'the great queen', she ruled for over 60 years before her children took over and she retired. She moved to Yggdrasil and the second day there, she died. She was happy with her life and it had been her life long wish to see Yggdrasil up close. Thus making her end a tale for years to tell.

We arrived at the castle and received a warm welcome from the royal family. The king and queen looked to be in their mid to late 40's and they had 3 children. Two daughters and one son. The queen has long bright green hair, brown eyes, and was 5"8 tall(178cm). She still looked short compared to her husband and son.

The king and a long black hair and a black full beard with blue eyes. He was a very tall man at 6"6 (198cm) and had bulging muscles, you could instantly tell that he was a warrior.

The eldest, a girl around 18 had her mother's face, but her father's hair. Long and black, but with brown eyes. she was short and.. let's just say she had good assets. She had the aura of a well educated young lady.

The middle child, a young boy that looked a bit older than he was I'd say. He looked older than his sister due to his height, but he was only 16 years old. He was tall like his father at 6"3(190cm) and still growing. He had his father's blue eyes combined with his mother's green hair, no doubt a prince charming in the people's eyes.

The youngest, a young girl at the age of 10, she had her mother's features, but she had white hair and red eyes. I could tell that the entire family was very protective of her, and I can only assume that people see her as cursed. When you see the unknown, you blame something hard to explain, like a god, a curse, a miracle.

We stopped beside them and the human stepped off and opened the carriage doors for us, Seb was adamant in helping me out of the carriage.

The royal family was quite anxious to meet a god, one that they had worshipped no less. They had stood outside the castle for over an hour and was waiting for this god of theirs.

"Father, my legs are tired!" Complained the youngest of the children as she wanted to sit down.

The king looked back at the royal guard that stood behind him and gave them a nod before one of them disappeared for a minute before he came back with a small chair for the young girl.

"Sit here and rest, Lily. God is coming any minute now and when he comes I want you to stand again, can you do that" The king said in a low and caring voice as he had crouched down to her level and caressed her head when he spoke to her.

"Mmh." The girl, Lily, nodded and smiled to her father and sat down humming a song while wiggling her legs that didn't reach the ground.

After almost 20 minutes of idle chatting and laughing, they spotted the carriage in the distance. The girl, Lily, instantly stood up, while one of the royal guards took the chair away. The Queen took her husband's hand and squeezed a bit, to show her support. They shared a look and gave each other a small smile.

The carriage stopped beside them and the old man opened the carriage door in the side when a butler walked out before reaching his hand into the carriage. The royal family looked in awe at the god.

"Beautiful" whispered Lily, nobody heard her, well maybe a certain god did.

The king walked up to the god, who could only be described as a being of pure nature.

"I, King Gerald Kremore, welcome you to the Kremore Kingdom. Thank you for visiting!" The king said in a deep voice with no hesitation as he bowed to the creature in front of him with respect. The rest of the family followed and bowed their heads in respect.

"Thank you for having me, King Kremore. You may call me Mlande." The god answered with a warm smile on his face. The voice sounded both wicked and charming at the same time, it was almost freaky. No one commented or reacted to it though.

The butler had a small reaction to the name and the looked towards the god, now named Mlande, but that was only for a second, and no one noticed it.

"Let me introduce you to my family." Siad the king as he gestured towards his family behind him.

"This is the love of my life, my wife, my queen; Veronica Kremore." The king said and the queen took a step forward and did a curtsey towards Mlande and got a nod and a smile in return.

"This is my eldest, Mariana." He said and the young girl stepped up and also did a curtsey.

"This is my son, Alexander" King Gerald said and the son took a step forward and put his left arm behind him and his right arm on his stomach and bowed in respect towards Mlande.

Mlande looked at the boy for a few seconds before he nodded again and smiled, he then got his attention on the youngest. There was something with children that Mlande loved, so there was an entirely different attitude towards the youngest.

"This is my youngest, Lily." The king said and the little girl nervously took a step forward and did a curtsey, just as she'd practiced before.

Mlande smiled at her and walked up to her and crouched down to the little girl's level and put a hand on her head.

"Hello there, no need to be nervous, child. I'm harmless." Mlande said and smiled at the girl as he pets her head slightly, the girl looked up to Mlande and smiled brightly before running back toward the queen, her mother.

[Back to Mlande]

Even back on earth, I wanted children, but I could barely take care of myself. So that went out the window. Lily is a very cute girl and I can sense that she will be a powerhouse in the future, her magical energy is off the roof.

I stood back up after the girl shyly ran back to her mother and looked to the king.

"No need to worry about her, she is not cursed," I stated. I could see the shock and then relief on all of them.

I was invited into the castle and was brought into a dining room where we all sat down. The king offered his "main" seat to me but I refused, I will not act arrogantly towards good people, who care for my people the same as he does his own. I did sit on the opposite of Gerald though.

The food came in and it was a mix of chicken and other meat, along with vegetables. The king looked at me suddenly.

"I'm sorry, I realized I don't know what you eat." He said as he looked at me with slight shame at his carelessness.

"I can eat anything, no need to worry. I'm not against the hunting of animals for food, that is simply the circle of life. What I don't like is overhunting and when people don't use every part of the hunt. It is the responsibility of the hunter to use the hunted prey without waste." I said and took a small piece of lettuce that was on my plate and put it in my mouth.

"I see, that's good then." The king said with a smile"

We all ate and chatted for about thirty minutes before the king invited me to the throne room for a chat. The queen took the youngest, Lily away, as she needed to freshen up after eating.

We arrived in the throne room, there was a big table to the side, meant for meetings with officials. We all sat down and the king looked at me.

"I'm sorry to doubt you, but what makes you say she, Lily, isn't cursed?" He said in worry. Both the eldest daughter, Mariana, and the son Alexander had followed them as they are technically the king's trainees' at the moment.

"I can see why people might think she is cursed, the white hair usually represents old age, or death, while Red eyes represent demons and vampires. But these are simply just coincidence." I said and looked at them before continuing.

"The hair color of a human or elf represents the magical affinity they have. The elves often have different shades of green due to the affinity of nature, while some elves have black, brown, blonde or anything else can be because they have a low amount of magic. Lily's hair is white because she has high magical powers and three different affinities." I said. They all looked relieved, shocked, and happy. Happy because their little sister/daughter is going to be fine, no more than fine. She has three affinities, not even 'The Great Queen' had three affinities!

"Can you tell which affinities she have?" The son, Alexander has. Funny that he has the same name I did back of Earth.

"Of course, she has the biggest affinity for Nature, after that is Light and last, is water. If she took the path of a healer, she would be unmatched." I said with a smile towards the family. They all smiled at the thought before Mariana thought of something and looked back at me.

"What about the eyes? Why are they red?" She asked in curiosity. I simply smiled at her gave them even bigger news.

"Her eyes are red due her extremely high magical powers. You should teach her early to control it, it might be bad otherwise." I said and let them take that in for a second before I continued.

"When I looked into her eyes, I also saw that she will soon awaken a skill that uses her eyes." as I said that, the queen and the girl in question, Lily had just walked in and heard me.

Everyone knew of the existence of skills. Almost every sentient being had the affinity to use magic, some had very low magical powers, but could still learn the simplest spells. Skills, however, were like magic, but without the need for magical powers. The hero who fought the demons around 800 years ago had the skill to call down a huge pillar of light, and demons were weak towards light.

"Do you know what kind of skill she will awaken?" The queen asked me as she walked towards us with Lily in her arms.

"It's a simple one, but one that might save her in many situations. The skill; Identify. She can look at literally anything and use the skill and she will get the information about it. If she were to look at this table and use it, she would see what kind of material it was made from, who created it, and when it was made. If she looked at a human, she could see their birth name, common titles that person has earned, their class, and their level." I said, and let them take it all in before continuing.

"The level of people represents their strength. But it is all depending on their class. A mage at level 10, for example, would not be able to touch a warrior at level 10 without the use of magic, the difference in ability makes sure of that. Titles is something that she needs to look at first. A bandit would earn titles such as; Bandit, Robber, Murderer, Rapist, depending on what they do. Even a knight who has done bad things behind people's backs could have bad titles." I said. Next, I was gonna drop them a small bomb.

"One of your royal guards, for example, has the titles; Royal Guard, Sadist, Torturer of children and Murderer, you should look into them and keep a better eye on them. I will let you deal with that now, I'm sorry for leaving you like this, but I will take my leave for today. When you have dealt with the problem, you can find me, there is something I wish to talk about." I ended the conversation before I teleported to my bed chambers that they had shown me before we ate dinner.

I'm going to ask the king to allow me to expand my domain to his kingdom, that will be the ultimate alliance and I hope they accept, it's the least I can do for all the good they've done for my people.

Another chapter, sorry for not posting one yesterday! Enjoy!
