CH.6 Revenge Success?

Shiro and the others were sitting under the tree relaxing after they finished their regular training, right now it's been months since their meeting and the three were improving at an exponential rate. With Ichie and Akira strength bordering half-ultimate class and Shiro just under the nose of God level. They're chatting leisurely when Shiro's face turned serious, the other then looked at him and wait for him to say something.

"They're here, do you still want to exact your revenge ?" Shiro asked while he already knows their answer maybe there's a slight change in their mind.

Akira and Ichie eyes narrowed and they started stretching, "Well what're we waiting for." Akira said, "Yeah let's go get 'em Nya~." Shiro just sighed and goes after them.

-Line Break-

The golem armies marched toward the hut where the beast lives with several of them carrying a throne with Gnome (He's an actual gnome shaped dwarf) on them. Then suddenly Gnome felt that they're coming here so he tells the golems to stop.

When they arrive Shiro could feel that Akira and Ichie aura soar and their eyes are full of hatred, don't be wrong Shiro himself is mad but he masked it so well that to others he looked emotionless.

"Shiro let us handle them," Akira said and Ichie just nodded,

Shiro already knew this would happen so he just sighed and said, "If things get rough then I would help you." They both gave him a thankful nod and said, "Thank you." Akira and Ichie then started to rush at the golems. Gnome ordered the golems to attack them while he stays backs.

Shiro wouldn't want them to have blood on their hands this early but alas what he could do if he were them he would do the same. While the other is fighting Shiro is calmly watching Gnome or the demon they said incase he made some moves. Meanwhile, Gnome was formulating a plan on how to use the talisman his mistress gave him.

-Flashback-

The next day after he got a new chance from Autumn, Gnome was preparing his golem armies for the attack when suddenly a shadow appeared. He knows who this shadow is she's his majesty wife Iris, so he knelt and said, "Welcome, mistress."

She just nodded and said, "Gnome."

"Yes, what would you like me to do mistress ?" Gnome replied, she then moved her hands and a talisman appeared and flew towards Gnome.

"Use it on the winter beast and his companions." She said as the shadow fades away before it fades completely she said, "Don't fail me."

"Understood, Mistress." Gnome said and he looked at the talisman and thought how to incorporate it into his plan.

(If you wondered how Iris managed to slip pass through Ophis, She got stronger since last time and time in other island flows faster than the winter Island. Also, it's not like Ophis watches over him 24/7)

-Flashback Ends-

Shiro was looking at the battlefield where Akira and Ichie were wrecking those golems, The golem was at best a high class. It's easy for them to destroy them. Shiro didn't move his focus on Gnome as he knows he might be planning something. Over time they both got overwhelmed by the sheer number the golems possesses as even though they're strong their stamina isn't endless.

Seeing as this he decided it's time for him to help them, Shiro then teleported and arrived at the battlefield, he then arrived near them and said, "You guys did well leave the rest to me." Shiro said as he pulled his katana. Akira and Ichie then gritted their teeth but nodded and fall back.

Shiro smiled at them and turned back to focus on his enemies, "Now, now let's see how much I had improved in sword arts shall we." He then charged towards the enemies forgetting about Gnome. His speed was so fast that Gnome himself only seen a blur but he needed to be patient and wait for the right time to strike.

Shiro makes quick work of the golems as after a few minutes since he started attacking the golems are completely eradicated at the cost of his katana broken he just looked at it and sighed, 'I need a stronger katana.' He then saw Gnome walking towards him and he too started walking to him, they started battling each other.

Gnome charged at Shiro and aimed to punch his stomach but Shiro is faster and he dodged the strike and fall back, Gnome seeing him fallbacks and started to prepare a spell decided to do the same he created an earth wall while Shiro attacked him with Ice shards. Gnome defends his attack but doesn't expect him to already behind him and attack him with an Ice blade, luckily Gnome had great reflexes and managed to just barely dodges his attack.

Shiro seeing this snorted and started to spread the mist around the area. Gnome's vision is blocked so he decided to close his eyes and focuses on his other senses, he then felt that Shiro is going to attack from behind so he turned around and punched, he felt that his fist connected but then he got stabbed right through from behind. He then found out that his fist only punched a snowman.

"You seem to forget that all around you is snow which I could control," Shiro said, Gnome just realizes that he fought a losing battle could only smile bitterly, Shiro then felt Ichie and Akira closing in so he decided to wave towards them, and they happily rushes to his spot. Shiro opened his arm wide and welcome them to a hug.

"Thank you, Shiro, for helping us to achieve our revenge," Ichie said while Akira just hummed in acceptance, They both then buried their head in his chest completely forgetting about the nearby enemy.

"Hey," They got out of their stupor when Gnome called out to them, "Never let your guard down and always make sure your enemy is dead before celebrating." He said as he planted the talisman on the ground and a golden light enveloped them
