Anji stared at the girl he had looked after for five years, who had coldbloodedly killed an innocent man. Yes, he hadn't seen such violence for the first time, but still. It had been years, and he thought he would finally be free from witnessing murder.

The sudden aversion may have come from the innocent picture he had of her, which gave him the need to protect her.

But not only could she protect herself, she wasn't at all the porcelain with the feisty temper he thought her to be.

What had started with him admiring her fighting spirit, had now resulted in him feeling disgusted at a meaningless bloodbath.

'Shit' this reminded him of his past, and he didn't like it. While he wasn't against the war against aliens, he wasn't alright with killing people, at least not anymore.
