As for the rest, here's some good to know before you get started on this grand journey! 1. About the beginning: The early chapters are a bit rough. It was my first original novel, and I stumbled in some areas, especially with the MC's attitude. He's too reserved and occasionally too "simpy" with the first female lead. However, the MC grows into a confident, powerful, and composed figure. No long-term cringe. He becomes the kind of MC you want to root for. 2. Quinlan’s morality: He’s not a sadistic villain. He won't torture puppies or civilians for fun. However, he’s greedy, shameless, and opportunistic. If burning a city wins him a war, he’ll do it without being haunted by his actions afterward. He's ruthless toward strangers when necessary, but doesn't delight in cruelty. 3. Regarding slaves: Yes, Quinlan becomes a slave master. However, he treats all his women—free or enslaved—with care and respect. 4. More than smut: Every love interest has a real story, a real presence. No girl will be left behind. As of Chapter 1330, Quinlan has 10 lovers and a few ongoing love interests. This is not a "catch them all" story, adding one girl every 10 chapters. I prefer harems with girls of richly developed characters over giant harems full of shallow ladies. In fact, the developed FLs are one of the big draws of my book, I'd say. 5. Balanced storytelling: Romance, action, and slice-of-life blend naturally. There’s intense adventure and downtime to let characters breathe. 6. Weak-to-Strong Progression: Quinlan will become OP. But he rises naturally, not overnight, and his journey feels earned. 7. Not every female character listed in the fandom is a love interest: Some women are important to the plot but are not part of the harem or a planned to be, such as his two mothers. 8. No Yuri. No NTR. Ok so for the people looking to see if you should red this, I’m going to be very honest…the starting is kinda off coz the author just behave writing and he takes a while to get into his flow, but once he does the novel quality improves greatly…the main character is relatable, and the BEST part is that none of the Harem members are forgotten and each get equal screen time and interactions with the main character and the story in general. Every character is really well done, there have even been characters who first came off as obnoxious and arrogant, but they go through great character development and grow on you. So please do give it a try. It’s a great slice of life harem story, the main character is a villain who does what’s needed for himself, but he has morals he doesn’t go after innocent people and just slaughter cities for fun he is willing to rob and kill if they help him reach his goals, he mostly kills bad guys but he’s not one to be a hero for no reason especially when him and his loved ones could be in danger.

What a gem. Great MC development Great story Great Harem design and development My favorite part is the back story of the characters and how it explains how most villians are created and not born. Watching good people turn to the dark side based on the happenstance is truly enjoyable.
