this is not my cup of tea for a fate fanfic mate, first of the system is bad and I mean bad for good fate fanfic if you want a system to work in that series I think you should model it after F/GO's one for the servants to better follow the characters' growth plus I hate authors who force other power systems to the already complicated but interesting one in the natsuverse without any consequences

As for why I chose the system to have no consequences is because that would ruin the whole point of having a system in the first place. The character is supposed to use the system, not the other way around. I’ve seen too many fan fictions with severe system consequences and I hated those. The system is basically forcing the character to do those quests and all of the consequences just make the character suffer. Imagine if you had to do a really hard quest with a high death rate while being under leveled in a game. I’m pretty sure everyone would hate it. Still, thanks for your review.
no that's not the consequences I mean, I'm talking about the world he is in, cause there is no way Alaya and Gaia are gonna stand there and let a foreign power system go unchecked

That’s true, but he isn’t even connected to the Root. Have you read the fan fiction Fate/Concept? The main character isn’t connected to the Root either, and Alaya and Gaia haven’t even intervened yet. But I’m planning on that type of situation where Ren faces the Counter Force in later chapters.

what do you mean connected to the Root? if he isn't then that's more reason for them to interfere, let's look at it like this what would happen to the body when a foreign subject enters it, the body would protect itself by releasing the white blood cells now then take that analogy and replace the body with Gaia and the white blood cells with the counter force

Actually those systems with many consequences are common in Fanfiction.net and if there is a fic like this posted in that site, it would only receive criticisms. Fic like this would be treated as trash there.

Asthoglho:Actually those systems with many consequences are common in Fanfiction.net and if there is a fic like this posted in that site, it would only receive criticisms. Fic like this would be treated as trash there.
