Unfortunately for Shisui, his Kotoamatsukami is completely negated by Seimei's Mangekyou ability, or at least that's what Seimei says. At this point, even the Sannin shouldn't really be particularly challenging. The people in Konoha who could face Seimei in direct combat and probably kill him are Hiruzen and Minato. Itachi might have a shot with his Tsukuyomi when he gets it. It is possible that Seimei could break himself out of it like Sasuke did, but Itachi was dying then and quite probably held back.

Like someone else mentioned already, Hiruzen is basically your only relevant side character. He's the character Fujin has interacted with the most and with whom he has the deepest bond. You'll now have to build something similar back up, or Fujin will just turn into this 2 dimensional grind machine (something he already suffers quite a bit of).

Also, Hiruzen sealing Orochimaru wouldn't end the Edo Tensei, just his control over the First and Second Hokage, and that's if Hiruzen fully seals him and not just his arms again.

Pretty fun idea, but there's very little attention to detail. 50m range on a coin that can pass through 10 people? He can control electricity well enough to form a pikachu shape, but can't shoot a lightning bolt forward? He can speed up other people but doesn't do that whenever there's trouble? Gloves are enough to block an AOE discharge of 500,000V? Shigaraki wears gloves? Also, the references to Naruto, while fun, are distracting.
