No, because as the only truly Omnipotent being in the omniverse(at least in my story), TOAA is the only one capable of granting absolute skills. The others can only grant up to stupidly overpowered nigh omnipotent skills.

I am very late to comment, but if asked, I would always choose the 2004 film with Hugh Jackman. It has the best Werewolf and vampires to date, in my opinion, and is way better than the show. Where the vampires are basically just zombies on steroids.

The thing is, Skrulls start out similar to Zoroarks, as in they can't copy powers, but later on they can. Thus, Ditto, from the beginning, as the whole point of Ditto, was to copy their target perfectly.
