I would call it a race rather than a game…
Though he wasn't interested, Luca knew a thing or two about the race to be held this afternoon. Seeing the number of men in suits positioned in the glass rooms above the pits, and the sleek, flashy race cars lined up below, Luca could tell this was somewhat an important game. It was one held between some of the most prestigious teams in the main division. He had heard Haddock Racing, Bueseno Velocità, and Squadra Corse from the commentator.

I doubt just injuring other players is going to get you scouted by top teams…

Very good story, definitely like how the system works (my only criticism would be to restructure the ‘skills’ tab to cut up into stages to make it clear what is at a ‘basic’ level vs ‘intermediate’…)
