Yes, ssj2 is significantly stronger. Twice as strong in fact. But 3 ssj 1 level strengths, when combined, is stronger than 1 ssj2. It’s like if you have a number, lets say 3 (this would be ssj1). 3 x 2 = 6 (this would be ssj 2) 3 + 3 + 3 = 9 (3 ssj 1 powers)

Tried to get into this, and the story seems okay as of chapter 6, but I just couldn’t get past the weird formatting. The chapters are broken up every 2 or so paragraph with dashes ——— like that, along with a “title” each time it’s broke up. The transition is jarring, and every time it happens it completely takes you out of the immersion. The story repeats itself a lot too, often saying something at the end of one section, only to repeat it for the start of the next one. Feels like useless fluff and just drags the chapters out. If that was fixed I’d definitely be interested in giving it another shot, but as it is now, I definitely don’t plan to.

Yeah, he took a sabbatical for it, which is pretty much a long term break from working without actually quitting. They can usually last months or years. Quirrels was a year long, so he was muggle studies teacher, took a year off, then came back for DADA

OP said that there was NEVER anything about emotions in spellcasting, i was just pointing out thay there were some times, never said it was applicable to spellcasting as a whole

I think you’re just dumb. The reason they were able to stay in SSJ is because they learned to control and suppress their Ki in that state. They can easily suppress it. If you want to use the whole “the ki is in their body” thing then fine, but their skin is not in their body. Theyre taking the Ki and locking it inside themselves when suppressed. That explanation would make more sense, since Goku was only ever hurt on his skin, and the bullet never went through him. Akira Toriyama obviously showed that suppressing your power makes you weaker, along with not training. If thats how he wanted it to work then that is how it works, full stop.
