Chapter 41 First encounter with Brother in law

Catherine came out of the hall walking with mild steps,though her expression was calm and appearing expressionless only those who understand her could tell that she truly angered.

After walking outside the hotel for some distance she found a bench to sit down and calm her emotions, she didn't pay much attention to the people looking at her and those throwing dirty glances at her.

After some time she heard her phone ring

She took a breath and answered the call

" Hello..."

An anxious voice was heard from the other end " Sis Catherine are are done there....is everything okay, they didn't give you any trouble did they?."

" Yah... everything is good " she signed calmly and tried to change the topic " by the way did you find out the ins of what happened to mom "

The one at the end of the call was Fey her best friend

Fey answered angry " am so angry just thinking about it, it's all Camella's fault for being ungrateful that auntie raised her, and now she stole all the companies shares and sold all the shares of the company and defected to Aunties enemy corroborating with her,Cat as we are talking right now those two have already signed the contract and will be working together from now on and that's not all before she left she also stole the company designs taking them with her to the companies competitor.

Catherine breathed heavy of course she knew who Fey was referring to, it was her adopted sister, after her mother and her where separated from the Ross family when she was young they had encountered a pitiful small girl in an alley seeing the way she looked,her damaged clothes and malnourished body they decided to take her in, and thus far they have not seen each other for almost four years, however she was shocked that the one she truly consider her sister and best friend now did this to her mother and benefactor,at first she was suspicious but she truly denied that thought once it was on her mind, but now after confirmation one could truly understand her disbelief and because even she was afraid of the outcome.

" What!!" Catherine tighten her hands around the phone,her hands becoming white due to over taxing her strength.

When Catherine bluntly stood up from the bench she didn't notice after taking few steps that she was now in the road due to being shocked and because of that she didn't notice a car coming her way.

Suddenly an urgent car honk was heard bringing her back to her senses,she instinctively took a big step back however she ended up twisting her ankle and the car that nearly bashed her stopped at the side.

"Ahh.. " Catherine grimaced in pain, due to her startled move her phone was thrown at the side cracking it's screen, the driver of the car opened the door and came to check up on her anxiousl

" Hey miss are you okay.....my bad let me take you to the hospital it seems that you sprain your ankle"

Catherine looked over following the voice and looked at the handsome young man before her, but due to the pain she didn't look at him properly because of the pain.

" It's fine am okay it was my fault in the first place " Catherine said trying to get up but failed " ahhh!!"

" Hey listen.... let just take you to the hospital it was my fault as well for driving so fast,so come on let me help you and we are even " the driver was Agustin.

Seeing how sincere he was Catherine agreed" alright please help me up let's just go to the nearest hospital "

Agustin nodded" okay

Agustin help her up and walked her to car, seeing the car Catherine was a surprised she didn't pay much attention when she agreed to go to the hospital with a stranger and now they have to sit in a two sitter car , since Agustin was driving a Lamborghini, before she could decline and suggest to take a taxi the car was already opened.

" Let's go"

She felt embarrassment to decline after the gesture, signing softly she just got in "

" Come, first thing first let's go for spinning rides and then will go to the ferris wheel what do say" velvet asked

" Then what are we waiting for let's go " velvet was happy that she dragged everyone for the rides.

Velvet and the others after spending some time with the rides dragged their tired bodies to seat on one of the benches beside an ice cream store.
