Just a reminder, this is the "little sister" of Zhejiang. 

Zhejiang is also ever so slightly faster than Jiangsu thanks to some things that will be covered in future parts of the story. This advantage over a ship that's essentially her carbon copy also results in her having "better" weapon systems overall despite technically having the same specification (to an extent) as Jiangsu. That being said, all these improvements will be covered elsewhere so that's that, for now.
