Chapter #2.- Knowing friends.

After all, the little girl could survive, she was in a little wood hut, in a makeshift infirmary, she was a bit dizzied, she tried to stood up to investigate the place. Slowly, she got sit up softly.

"Gah… wh… wh… where am I? What is this place?" thought the girl while her head was spinning.

She awoke and started to walk in the place, she opened the door of the room, slowly, and saw that there was another room with the door between open. She could hear something noises inside, like little laughs and moans.

She arrived to the door and tried to see what was happening inside. In the room, were to women in bed, its naked bodies were covered by the white bed sheet, there were kissing softly, making little noises in the process, and caressing gentle her nipples while got wallowed to each other, sweating and wetting slowly the bed and the bed sheet.

In the middle of the moans, by the curiosity, the girl opened the door doing a bit noise with the squeaky wood.

One of the girls in the bed saw to the door and screamed while she tried to cover her naked body with the bed sheet.

"Aaaah! Who's there?!" screamed the woman.

"I… so… so sorry… I… I just…" the girl tried to say, but she got fainted again.

At the day, she awoke again in the infirmary. She was still a bit dizzied. She turned her head a bit and she could see someone, a woman.

She was beautiful, long gold hair, huge breast and hips, wasp waist, a curvy and contoured body with a beautiful face with purple eyes.

"Who are you?" said weakly the little girl.

"Oh… you awoke… well, how do you feel know?" she said to the girl.

"Ah… a bit dizzied… but okay…" she responded. "I think… I just need a bit of medicine… to prevent dizzy…" she added.

"Oh… don't worry… I've a lot of medicine here!" the woman responded while she cut off cartridge of her pistol and pointed with its cannon to the girl.

"What?!" said the girl faintly but surprised.

"Yeah! You swallowed a lot of blood and breathe so much yellow dust from those Howler! You're a danger for my base! You're infected! Soon or late, you'll became a zombie! So, wanna a quickly dead right now? Or… do you prefer to die with a bullet in your glabella after you become a zombie?" she asked.

The girl got flashbacks, she could remember that she was cornered by a horde of Howlers, her eyes started to watering, because she knew that she was infected, and, with time, she would become a zombie.

"Please… don't kill me… don't let me die… Sniff! Sniff! … please…help me…" cried the girl in bed dimly.

In that moment another one entered to the infirmary room so glad.

"Good morning world! How does my patient feel?!" said the voice of a woman.

She was a brunet girl, skin light brown, long and black hair with a pony tail, and a shotgun in her back. She walked to the little girl who was crying a lot and questioned to her.

"Oh?! Why are you crying? What's happening? Are you hurt or something?" she said so softly and worried.

"Eh! Please… help... I don't wanna become a zombie…

"Zombie? But I gave you a vaccine dose… you won't become a zombie…" she said to the girl.

"But… but… I'm a bit dizzied, are you sure the vaccine works on me?" said the girl crying.

"Of course, yes… infection works quickly, but, as estimated time, an infected person has a middle time between 10 seconds to 1 hour, depending to your genetic code, some are slower to became a zombie and another will be faster, and you have more than a hour after got infected… You won't become a zombie…" she said and she continued seeing crying her. "Who did say you that you will become a zombie?" questioned the brunette to her.

The little girl pointed to the blonde that was leaning on the wall.

"What?" said the blonde.

"Why did you bother her?!" scolded the brunette to her.

"Oh, c'mon, it was just joke…

"Don't joke with that…" said the brunette to the blonde.

The woman saw the girl and she presented herself to her.

"Okay… don't worry, I'm Regina, but you can call me Gina" she said to the girl. "And… the annoying girl over there is my partner, Karin…" she said.

"Hi…" saluted the blonde.

"So… what's your name?" asked Gina.

"Eh… I'm Amy, nice… nice to meet you… I think…" responded the girl and she got sad.

"C'mon! Don't be sad… tell me what's happen?" said Gina to her.

"I don't know… I just want to back to my base…" said Amy.

In that moment Gina and Karin crossed her gazes something worried.

"Eh… I think that will be… eh…" said Gina.

"Impossible!" exclaimed Karin.

"Eh?" replied Amy worried.

"Yeah… forest was overflowing for wandering hordes of Howlers and Nailers… and I heard a Tanker near to that place… so, we can't help you to back to your home, sorry, but you will live with us for the moment…

"A Tanker? Mmh… eh… So… what happen with my dad?" asked Amy.

"Eh… he died…" responded Gina dry.

Amy hung her head and started to cry.

"No… no…" she said.

In that moment Gina saw her and she hugged her softly and said:

"It's okay… it's okay…

Gina tried to cheer her up and she said:

"C'mon, Let's to meal something… Wanna a jelly? We have a lot of these!" Gina offered to Amy while she continued crying.

"Okay… we need to survive, and you are giving away our food… thanks…" said Karin a bit angry and with sarcasm.

"Ah? We have food reserves for three days! So… what's wrong?" Gina told her.

"Gah! We had food reserves for two persons to three days… now we are three, we need to find more…" responded.

"Sorry to be a burden…" said Amy sadness.

"Ah… don't worry, I think it will be fun to loot the pirates! I need to have a little fun…

"Pirates? Do… do you mean…" said Amy so scared.

"Yep! Hostile enclaves, just like you know girl!" interrupted Karin suddenly.

"But… but… They're strongly armed, they would kill you… I think it is a dangerous way to get food reserves!" responded Amy.

"And that's the reason that we have delicious food in our reserves. Don't worry. Karin is too strong…" said Gina.

"Yeah! And I have a friend that owes me a few favors… he loves me a lot!" said Karin with sarcasm.

"Mmh… well… I don't know

"Well… I need someone who help me to carry stuff… so, I think you will do an excellent work..." said Karin.

"Oh! C'mon!" exclaimed Gina.

"What?! She's living with us now! She will work with us!

"You have said it! She will work with us! No for us!" replied Gina.

"Ergh! Bah…" responded Karin.

Gina stood up from the bed and she walked to Karin while was saying.

"Okay… I need to fix some things from the van before go with the pirates, so, I need time…" said Gina to her.

"Wait… Aren't you a doctor?" questioned Amy to Gina.

"Ah! Nope… I'm not a doctor, nor mechanic… but those are my jobs in the base" responded Gina.

"Oh… you really know so much about those stuffs… right?" said Amy surprised.

"Yeah! C'mon I need help to fix the van, let's to the workshop" said Gina to Amy.

"Workshop? Ah! Okay…" said Amy and se went with Gian to the workshop.

"Yeah! That's the spirit! And then we will eat jellies!" exclaimed Gina.

"Mmh…" nodded Amy a bit gladder.

Workshop was a big place, with parts of motors, wood boxes and a lot of building materials, all was around of an armored van. Amy got surprised and she opened her eyes so impressed when she saw the black armored vehicle.

"Wow! What a car!" she said.

The van was a huge vehicle, with an enormous metal shield around, compound in the front with tubes and metal overlapping panels, and doors had the same structure giving it and thick black armor to it.

"Yeah! The power of the car engineering!" exclaimed Gina to her.

"But… you're not an engineer…" said Amy to her.

"Ah… yeah… but I so used to the work already…" responded Gina. "Well time to do my job!" said Gian so happy while she was taking a toolbox. "Oh, I mean… our job!" added to Amy.

"Mmh!" exclaimed Amy so anxious.

Amy and Gina worked in the car together, Amy was giving the tool that Gina was ordering. In a few hours Gina ended the job, and she got out from behind the car with her bed support.

"And… done out!" said Gina smiling, then she went to the front of the car to close the metal panel where was the huge motor.

"Would this car protect us from the zombie attack?" said Amy amazed seeing the vehicle.

"Protect us? That car is not for protect us, is for kill zombies! Is a zed buster, girl" said Karin, she was entered to the workshop.

Karin rode the huge vehicle and said to Gina.

"So… I wanna try it, Could I do?

"Yeah!" responded Gina smiling.

Karin said "Here I come!" and she started up the truck. Almost immediately the truck got start on, and it made a lot of black smoke that covered Gina and Amy who started to cough. Suddenly, among the black smoke, Gina exclaimed so happy.

"Eureka! It works! It works!

"Eh?! But it is burning a lot of fuel… cough… cough…" said Amy choked.

"Argh… don't worry, our friends have so more of that" said Karin inside the car, then she pumped the accelerator and exclaimed. "C'mon! Let's to visit our friends! Sunlight is not eternity and night will be dangerous!

The trio left its base, they went on a path among trees and tall bush. After several minutes, they went on a highway, and took a long way on it.

"Where do we go?" asked Amy to the girls.

"To Emhigh city of course…" responded Karin.

"Eh? Wait! Emhigh is in lethal zone infection! There are a lot of zombies!" exclaimed Amy so worried and scared.

"That's the reason of this baby! Uhuuuhh!" said Karin and she pressed the claxon doing a lot of noise. In that moment a Nailer appeared on the roadway attracted by the noise in front of the armored truck and ended up crushed. "Ten points!" celebrated Karin with the panoramic glass full of blood.

"Yep! But we'll go to a military roadblock in the city. Take it easy…" said Gina to Amy smiling.

"But… but… Militaries? I think that's a bad idea…" said Amy scared.

"Why?" questioned Karin dryly.

"Eh… because they're not good, I mean… several militaries' enclaves are deserters, eh… Are they…?" said Amy waitng the worst.

"Pirates… of course…" said Karin smiling with sarcasm.

"Do you have pirates as a friends?" said Amy so scared.

"Mmh… yep…" doubting Gina a bit worried.

"Ah… o… okay…" responded Amy a bit anxious.

"It's okay, we only go to supplies and ammo… that's all girl!" said Karin carefree.

"Ah… yeah…" said Amy.

They arrived to the city entrance. There was a huge metallic green rid delimitating the zone and some zombies walking slowly there without course. At the entrance, there was a watchtower. The girls parked the truck pretty close the entrance then Gina took a crossbow that was in the car, a lot of arrows and a radio.

"My turn!" exclaimed happy Gina.

"Clean the zone girl… enjoy it!" said Karin to her.

Gina went to the rid crouching and she prepared her crossbow to attack the zombies. Amy and Karin were in the watchtower seeing all with a binocular.

Once when Gina got far away from the metallic rid. She started to kills zombies with the crossbow.

"It's ready! Over…" exclaimed Gina by the radio.

"Well… my turn…" said Karin to Amy. "Okay! Gina, go back to the base, it's my turn… over and out!" she said to the radio.

Gina returned to the car. Karin jumped from the tower.

"Eh?!" exclaimed Amy scared. Karin arrived to the ground as if it was nothing happened.

"Well… thanks Gina! I'll go to see our friends…" said Karin to her.

"Good luck!" said goodbye Gina.

"Thanks girl!" said Karin and she ran so fast to the city.

Amy went downstairs from the tower. She saw that Karin went alone inside the city.

"Eh?! But… eh?" exclaimed Amy so confused.

"She will be okay! Don't worry, I killed the necessary zeds. It was sufficient to her" said Gi confident.

"Mmh… okay…" responded Amy with doubt.
