Your world is our world?

This is a story about a wolf... Well she's actually a Werewolf who only knows the life of a wolf. Until now. When she turned 18 with no mate, she was kicked out of her pack. This is their pack law. If she survives a year on her own she will be able to come back, since she will then be of some value. But wolves are not supposed to survive on there own. It's up to her how she goes about living, either blend in with the humans or stay hidden from other packs. Choosing to live among the humans she is greeted by an arrogant guy and his friends. Who she defiantly doesn't try her best to blend in with other humans, when they are around. Can she keep her secret or will she find herself being hunted down? Or maybe there's another question that needs to be answered. Who is this arrogant guy?

Chapter 11: She is not family-related

~Time skip, arriving at the college~

Feeling a sharp, flick on my forehead, I opened my eyes slightly and narrowed them,

"What?.....hm?... when did I fall asleep?" I said asked quietly before sitting up straight and removing the drool from the corner of my mouth. He chuckled at my confided and sleepy expression but just shrugged his shoulders, suggesting he didn't know.

Just as I was about to let myself out Neo grabbed my arm, I looked at him and he just stared. I raised an eyebrow wondering what he was going to say.

"Did you forget?" He said, I tried to think but nothing came to mind. He continued,

"I guess that painkiller is strong stuff."

Taking out my bandages he began to wrap my wrist up. Then he wrapped up the deep wounds around my neck.

"I'm gonna look like a clown," I said sulking as he focused on wrapping my wounds, watching him made a question came to mind,

"So your name is Xeno, right? Why doesn't anyone call you that?" I asked, I've told him a lot about myself but he hasn't said much about himself, it's only fair.

"It is but Neo is my nickname." He stated, I looked at him excepting him to continue explaining. He stared back at me for a brief moment before catching on.

"A nickname is a shortened and easier version of your original name. Like when your friends called you Ri yesterday." He said.

"Ohhh! I thought they just didn't like my name so they changed it." I said shrugging it off. Soon Neo was finished wrapping the bandage around my neck, so we exited the car.

Walking with the crowds of people Neo whispered,

"At the end of the day, wait by the car so we can get your stuff okay?" I nodded my head feeling a bit sleepy again. It was annoying especially since I have to be careful but pay attention to my surroundings was a difficult task right now. A few times I had walked into people by mistake but I made sure to apologise.

We were quite early today and by the time we made it to the classroom we still had 15 minutes left. But I wasn't complaining I almost dived onto my desk for support, dropping my bag at the side of it. I kicked the chair out and sat down not moving the top of my body from the desk. I shut my eyes, I'm sure an extra few minutes will be okay.

Nearly drifting to sleep I heard hurried footsteps and my name shouted out,

"Rii!!!" I quickly perked up after hearing the familiar voices, I felt like a meerkat watching out for a predictor. While turning to look for the two girls from yesterday I rubbed my eyes to clear my vision. I heard a small laugh escape from Neo's direction, but I ignored it.

They came rushing to my desk,

"Oh my god what happened to you??" Katie asked, then Maria chipped in,

"Did you get into a fight? I know your tough but you should be careful!" Their voices sounded excited when they first shouted my name but now they sounded like two worried parents.

"Ugh.....? Well you know when we went to the nurse yesterday and asked her about my wrist, I actually did go to have it looked at. They put these bandages on it. But it's fine." I said brushing it off. Katie quickly threw another question at me, it felt like she was trying to catch me out.

"What happened with your neck? That wasn't like that yesterday. And is that a choker? I've never seen one like that before."

Right now I just wanted them to leave me in peace because of the mood I was in right now.

"My neck? Oh.. well I have.. a.ugh...well, you know..." I kept trailing on trying to think of something but I couldn't find the words.

"A skin condition," Neo said, not thinking about it at first until I repeated him,

"Yes a skin conditions-- wait wha--"

"Oh no that's unlucky, it must be really sore," Maria said cutting my words short, I could hear the sadness in her voice.

"You might be feeling stressed and it decided to come out. What is it called?" Katie continued with the answers. How am I going to answer that?! It's uncommon for wolves to get a skin condition, so I don't even know what one looks like.

"It's a wild kind," Neo said with a smirk, but that smirk didn't last very long because I kicked him. He did well holding in his expression.

"Yea, well it will get better in a couple of days, don't worry also can we continue our talk at break, you both should get ready for first lesson," I told them, which was true but I also wanted to sleep.

When they left I looked at Neo who was now stretching out his leg,

"Don't be such a baby., I told him resting my head back on the desk. He looked like he was gonna fight back but he got interrupted by two arms now wrapped around his neck, from behind.

I raised an eyebrow at the scene in front of me, Neo paused for a few moments, before looking up at the girl.

"May?? When did you get back?" He asked, his attitude completely changed. Putting two and two together it clicked. Oh? I see!! Either they are a couple or family-related. That answer was soon revealed as the girl kissed him on the lips.

Definitely not family-related.

I slowly turned my head to face the other direction, letting them have their time without a witness. Closing my eyes I waited for class to start, as well as trying to block out everything that was happening next to me. Which wasn't difficult in my case.
